Tonight my husband and I were very dissapointed with a young male and female working a Tmobile Kiosk near Bed Bath and Beyond in the Auburn Supermall. We were heading over to check out the phones as we are half way into our Jump upgrade plan. We were immediately asked by the female employee if we were looking at the«free» tablet. My husband inquired and asked what the strings attached were. They deceptively said their weren’t any strings or catches. They said you’d see a charge one the statement each month followed by a credit negating it. Now, I’ve already read about this promotion and am fairly well versed. I asked her if there is a contract. She said no. They guy chipped in saying the tablet is basically free. I pryed more and found that there is a monthly service charge you must sign up for on the tablet. I further asked the employee to explain what happens if you terminate the service. Answer: you are then charged the full price of the tablet. When I told my husband I didnt wish to stick around and deal with it(the deceit), the employees were snide/snarky as they laughed us away. I am not upset about T-mobiles promotion. I am upset that there are employees mis-advertising and misleading the public about this promotion. There are far too many less informed consumers that these tactless Tmobile employees who possess little integrity are preying on. Then to follow up their deceitful representation with such an immature response is NOT good customer service. These two need to get a good coaching in being respectful adults.

I have been with T-mobile 11 years and as of recently they no longer honer there upgrade policy. After 2 years of service you used to receive a new phone for a discounted price. But what they do honor is you staying locked into your contract and have to pay outrageous termination fee. Instead of upgrading now you can pay $ 600 dollars in payments for a new phone! After 11 years of happy service I’ve never been so unhappy with your company, I will never use T-mobile again and won’t let any friends or family go with your service.

The crew here is always awesome! Very polite and intuitive to the customer’s needs. I have my two girls that I go see down there. They have always given me what I have needed. The store has been recently updated to a playground store and is bright and clean
