Food was great. Terrible service!!! No forks, ice, or ice cream. When the cashier was told this she rolled her eyes.

Sad in all ways. 1^st I placed my order and half of it was given to the person in front of me so I had to wait for him to make me another Western Sandwich. My wife ordered Chicken Caesar salad but the cheese was frozen so they offered cheddar cheese instead. How sad. It comes with a small bread roll, no butter and was tasteless.
The chicken is supposed to be cooked in the smoker but tasted like boiled chicken. I ordered potato salad and it was grainy, just uneatable and left a vinegar after taste. The waffle fries were under cooked and mushy.
The BBQ western sandwich I had pulled pork and honey ham. The taste was ok but 2 bites I took were with cold meat inside. It should all be hot.
They have an ice cream machine with free ice cream cones but it could’t keep up with the customers. The whole hour we were there only half of the patrons got ice cream. People with kids were put off probably because they told their kids they could have ice cream and then it didn’t work. The place is understaffed. We had only 6 people in front of us and it took 10 minutes to place an order.
This is another of all too many food establishments that will fail because they can’t provide simple things they are in business for. I won’t be back and If asked I will never suggest anybody go here.
To the owner you can’t even offer me free food to get me back. I’m not coming!!!

Well to be fair, I like food to be simple and healthy. I knew going into a BBQ place is hit or miss. I got a half rack of ribs and asked for the smothered sauce on the side… it was cooked in a sauce already. The meat definitely fell right off and the flavor was excellent without the sauce it was smothered in… but the ribs were Very greasy. A pool of oil (about 2 Tbs) was at the bottom of my to go box. My daughter had the kids nugget meal with Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was average, but the chicken nuggets were honestly the best I’ve ever had!!! She didn’t like them cuz there was a bit of a spice flavor, but I thought they were fabulous! Two workers in there. The guy was Super nice and friendly. I didn’t speak with the girl, but she was very rude to the guy who ordered before me. He ordered something and she asked which one. He repeated himself and she points to the board and was very annoyed. Anyways, it was good but Definitely not healthy!
