David Hitchman took my money $ 290 and did not perform job in Sacramento as he promised next day. Was very active while soliciting the bank transfer. Two weeks gone and he now not answering emails and phone calls. A week ago he referred to family emergency and promised to do job immediately. Job is not done so far. This sounds like fraud to me. Beware!
