Waffle House

One of the more decent Waffle Houses that ice eaten at while traveling. The venue itself is large, and seems to be of a newer style than the ones that show their age of the 1980s. Quite clean throughout, as well as sufficient parking out front and closer to the neighboring car wash.
The food met expectations, and the staff was friendly. My server was new, and he seemed to forget to bring me the coffee, water, and waffle that requested when making the original order. Nonetheless, another server + the manager (Tonia) helped him out by bringing everything. In a way, I actually had three servers and very good conversation, considering that a lot of it regarded smack talk between the Auburn & Alabama football teams.
I’ll certainly return whenever in Auburn again.

Disgusting! The restaurant had 14 people (in sight) working and eight patrons when we visited. The countertops were not cleaned up unless you asked. You had to flag someone down to get a coffee refill. The cook used the same plastic gloves he touched raw bacon with to handle other items. They messed up our order. My son was so disgusted he went into the bathroom because he thought he had to puke. Going hungry is a better option.

Such friendly staff it was nice to sit there and listen to them. Happy to be at work and giving top service. I recommend a visit for both the food and the staff
