Wendy’s

This is hands-​down the worst Wendy’s I have ever had the misfortune of dining at! I am at the airport a lot, so it’s convenient for me to get a quick lunch here. If I go through the drive-​thru, they get my order wrong about half the time. Other people I know have had the same issue. The quality of the food is also suspect. For example, I didn’t know that the meat in the chili was just re-​purposed Hamburger patties, until I found about a half of a patty in a cup of chili I ordered, which was a pretty disgusting revelation. I think this last time in was my last. They handed me the wrong order and I had to go inside to straighten it out. The whole purpose of me going through the drive through was to save time, and not go inside!!! I’m probably done with this place.

Low review only due to poor service in drive through. No smile, no thank you, no positive interaction with customer at all. Food same good quality, just not a pleasant drive through.

Clean restaurant, food tasted up to Wendy’s standards but service was awful! (So bad I chose to write a review). We entered the restaurant and waited at the queue rail for over 10 minutes w/​no one in front of us. The staff was filling orders but never even acknowledged we were there. There was no «be with you in a second»…“sorry for the delay”…or even «Hello»…just a can I take your order. Again – ding is for awful service. :-(

The men’s restroom was filthy. And the hecka rad futuristic soda fountain that does all those weird crazy flavors, was out of all of the vanilla and cherry add-​ins so my Dr Pepper was as Plain Jane as it could go. This is unacceptable if you offer the hecka rad futurism of flavored Dr Pepper you best deliver on that promise, otherwise ordered society will collapse.
Other than that it was the standard Wendy’s experience. Though I am especially sore about not getting that vanilla in my Dr Pepper.

Great costumer service I walked and and quickly attended. The restrooms look clean and the dinning area is also clean.

It’s fast food. Wendy’s is good and I love the fries.

Great customer service! I eat here at least once a week and they always get my order correct and are always polite. The management does a great job of taking care I their customers.

Love the fries and the frosties!
