With my church I travel up and down the state. As I’ve gotten older I see that many of the members of our congregation frequent nursing homes. One of our church members picked Westview for rehabilitation after they fell in Grass Valley.
I visited on a Sunday. The place was clean and quiet. I was pleased to see that she had her own room. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
Most of the other patients seemed happy there.
I was most impressed with customer service. At least 10 people asked if I needed any assistance. One even showed me where her room was.
No complaints here.
