First and foremost my experience searching for a new AC was exhausting! But it paid off! The last quote came from Joe Springer; He took the time to thoroughly inspect my home and shared his knowledge and expertise with me. He answered my question truthfully, gave me plenty of options and allowed me to make the best informed decision. I felt no pressure. Honestly, he had quotes at every level low, mid, and high, all in relation to quality and efficiency. The quote I chose was a little more than the other quotes but I certainly agreed to his recommendation. His honesty and integrity was there, I knew I was making the right decision. Plus, it was great to take advantage of the No Interest Promotion and Rebates. It was a win win!
I purchased the Trane XV20i which is Trane’s top-​of-​the-​line central air conditioner, with a SEER of up to 21 and the Hyperion XL Variable-​Speed Air Handler. The complete system runs quieter than I expected. The system however does run longer but for a purpose; at variable speeds to maintain an efficiently running system. The BIGGEST benefit is my reduced bill; I was normally getting an electric bill of about $ 300 per month running the A/​C in the summer and so far my bill hasn’t surpassed $ 160. That’s 53% less in cooling cost in the summer. Fantastic!
The additions:
The ComfortLink™ II XL950 thermostat was a good choice, it ensures the system is maximizing its efficiency. It’s like the command post with all the bells and whistles. We enjoy checking the weather and seeing our usage by month or day. You can see and control the humidity as needed. We definitely enjoy the Wi-​Fi connection and using the Nexia app when we need to adjust the air.
The wife was very pleased to the have the CleanEffects™Air Cleaner installed with the system. Her allergy issues dropped tremendously. We have pets and this really helped cut down allergens. A big plus!
I chose to have Springer Bros regularly maintain and clean the system twice a year. I’m extremely pleased with the service and look forward to the benefits of the system.

Update:
It’s been seven months and we ran into an issue with the installation part only. I was immediately taken care of. I spoke with Joe and he sent his son Derek to inspect what I had found that same day. Derrick was completely sympathetic and was proactive and making it right. He came up with solutions. The following day I met with the installation manager Nathan and he followed up with the urgency to take care of the matter as soon as possible. That’s another thing about this company; everyone has good integrity and will do whatever it takes to make it right.
In the end, every company has its hiccups but the ones who take notice and ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers definitely earn the right to be noticed. I would gladly stand by and recommend Springer Brothers to anyone. They’re a family business that will treat you like your family. They truly have integrity, respect and standby their complete satisfaction guarantee.
