This company is not ethical.
They will respond quickly, but at a cost that is not reasonable.
They charged us for parts under warranty, did not come out and honor their «Home Protection Club» service agreement, and did a hard sale of UV lights, which were not necessary and expensive. After the initial visits, other problems began to occur that on a unit less than 5 years old.
The final issue was when the technician incorrectly wired the float switch he replaced and the manager had to come to correct the problem.

A few months after the many attempts by One Hour Air technician’s to repair our system, our AC unit’s compressor failed and our AC unit developed a slow leak in the coil.
We are never having One Hour Air back in our home. We spent over $ 3276 with One Hour Air and they left us with an AC unit that now needs a major repair or to be replaced. One Hour Air tried to hard sell us their unit, but we would never use this unethical company or recommend anyone else use them.
