Ambience. A Service. A Food. A Price. A Every Time, I come in, it’s clean open bright and airy feeling with cool music playing in background. Service is very friendly, I always pretend that it’s my first time to see if the staff are courteous and know their procedures and menu. I like that some one said its like a chipotle with more options, and yes, it is. But I like that they accommodate and make it my way… like Burger King(but, much better) There are myriad meat options as well as cooked and raw veggies! I ordered the quesadilla with just cheese and ground beef. They wanted to put all the other ingredients inside and I just requested to put in a bowl on the side. Very accommodating. And I like eating the side with a fork rather than trying to wrestle down and arm wrist bite of these huge preparations. Love the fresh salsa bar… mild, spicy and tomatillo. Also, dining in you get free refills on the Housemade tortilla chips. This time the side salad dressings were $.27 each. I was comped«being my first time!» Thanks! Hey, I wrote you a good review! Delicious and fresh! I’m a fan! Great job guys.

I like diablos. I have since its been here. It’s not my favorite place by any stretch, nor would I choose it over anything else. However, when I do go, I’ve never really had any issues, but their food isn’t anything to write home about. Just like chipotle, but a little better I’d say(sans E. coli and salmonella).

Amazing atmosphere and fresh food. Bonus: Charging stations at every booth for different cell phones. I recommend the bowl with chicken and steak with habanero cheese

I come here from time to time. Came here with some friends today for lunch a little bit after 11 am. Perfect timing! It was crowded or packed at all. After 12pm, there’s quite a good bit of peeps in there. I got the chicken burrito bowl today. It’s always good. The peach habanero jank was pretty kicking today! Whoa! That along with the spicy sour cream and salsa made me have to take a few gulps of my water every so often as I was eating. Diablos is just like Moe’s and Barberitos to me. Would’ve said Chipotle, but I have yet to try that out. All the same genre of food basically. Only thing I hate about Diablos is that they don’t have mushrooms and bacon! Then they charge extra for guacamole. They lose a star because of that and they jipped me on the amount of chips I got with my burrito bowl today. Usually get more than what I had when I come. Smh. Lol.

All the food was delicious, portions were generous and the people were awesome. I gave it a four star though because the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky and the drink/salsa area was also sticky.

This was our first dining experience IN a Diablo’s. Have had it catered in at work several times — and it is always wonderful ! Decided to visit the Walton Way location, because it was on the way to our afternoon destination. Was so bummed(for the owners and staff) that there were very few customers. I bet they are HOPPIN’ during the week — primarily serving the«downtown» weekday work crew. The restaurant itself is top-of-the-line — like no expense was spared. Bathroom fixtures are gorgeous — ha ! I love that they chose to move into an area currently being revitalized — a definite asset. Food was DEELISH. Very fresh and tasty — consistent with all of my catered experiences. My picky child even enjoyed it ! Great choices … LOVE the lime infused rice(although I skipped it this time) and their salsa is amazing. Meat seasoned just right. Love that there are lots of low-carb options. Staff were very sweet and friendly. OHOHOH … I forgot the«BESTPART»(per my son) — they have CHARGINGSTATIONS at every booth ! SCORE ! Will likely add this to my weekday lunch spot list !

Soooo glad they opened a location downtown because we used to drive to the one twenty minutes away, it was so good. Our go-to Tex-Mex place used to be Moe’s, but Diablo’s has it beat 500%! If you haven’t tried this place, you owe it to yourself to try if you like really good Tex-Mex. And now I hear they’re going to open one on Washington Road, not far from I-20. Glad to hear it!

Diablo’s is a carbon copy of Chipotle, and I love it! There are a few minor differences — Diablo’s gives you chips and they might actually have a few more items to choose from. This particular location is new and very convenient for those working in the medical district, also a lot of cops come in. It will get pretty crowded during peak lunch on weekdays and Sundays(after-church crowd). I get a burrito with steak, black beans, cilantro rice, sweet corn, black olives, lettuce, tomato, and spicy salsa and it’s on point. Fills me up every time, tastes great, cheap, and takes seconds to make. They have three different salsas to choose from and I personally like the verde — green and vinegary. The dollar bill by the salsa station is sealed into the floor, fyi. Don’t bend down to try to pick it up.

Ambience. A Service. A Food. A Price. A Bright clean open dining room. Has tv and plays high energy music. This reminds me of TexMex food. Grilled meats with fresh topping ingredients. Place your order at counter. Many options to choose. Don’t get frustrated. Just take your time and add whatever you want. I had 2 different meats of chicken and chopped beef and pretty much all the free toppings! It was huge! The girl server successfully wrapped it. If you eat in, you get all you can eat chips and salsas! Love all the different salsas from mild to ultra hot. All have great flavors. I’m a fan and will be back.

Food is good and the staff is very friendly. I noticed that the manager was checking the quality of an outgoing quesadilla and he wasn’t happy with it so he threw it away and cooked another one.

So good, so convenient to work/school/downtown…what is not to like. Two thumbs way up for this place! They serve good portions of very tasty food(their chicken is probably the best I’ve had at a burrito joint) and it’s a very good value for the money.

This was my first visit to Diablo’s and I was pleasantly surprised. The menu has plenty of choices for the southwestern style Mexican lover. I went with my old standby — a chicken burrito. I was very impressed with the many options for toppings including fresh pico de gallo, cheese, fresh tomatoes, grilled onions and some very tasty corn salsa. The chicken was well cooked and very tasty. I am a big fan of guacamole and wasn’t disappointed with the generous portion that was placed on my burrito. The chips included with my meal were warm and lightly salted. I truly enjoyed the salsa verde and fire roasted salsa. Both of the salsas tasted very fresh and paired perfectly with the chips and burrito. All in all it was a very enjoyable meal and I will definitely make a return visit soon.

Very excited to visit the 3rd location of Diablo’s and it’s as good as the first 2 stores. Great food, great concept, great guys and hey you’re buying local. Conveniently located near the medical district and downtown. Plenty of parking available. Please visit soon. I’ve ate at the original store since they opened and I always leave happy.
