I came to FedEx to have a package shipped back to a company that sent me damaged goods. I was highly upset at this company for this because I’m sure someone could have noticed several stains all over my item. Well after going back and forth with this company they sent me a return label via email to have it shipped back to them through FedEx. So that is what I did. I was greeted as soon as I entered the establishment. It’s a extremely small business and I’m sure can get crowded pretty quick. I had to wait a few minutes because there was a customer in front of me but I was quickly waited on. The lady at the desk was very friendly and tried her best to assist me but she could not get the label to scan from my phone. She tried everything she could even inputting the label number but that didn’t work either. So she suggested that I print out the label then return. This would be a task because I don’t have a printer at home and I would have to go somewhere to print it. She also advised me that I could go to another location and see if they could help me. She apologized for the inconvenience and was disappointed that she couldn’t fulfill my request. The customer service here is great and I would return here if I needed anything else shipped.

Fantastic service. Been going here for almost a year. Whenever my mom sends me a package from the West coast to the center they hold it for me and have it ready right when i arrive. Extremely friendly and easy to work with. It makes a huge difference when the entire staff has a positive attitude, is extremely efficient, and makes an effort to know you as a returning customer. Tops to this location. Modern day santa helpers forshure.

I visited the FedEx Shipping Center in Augusta, Georgia because I missed a very important package. They had friendly staff as soon as I entered through the double doors. My package was actually out for delivery again, so I was told to come back Saturday and the staff assured me that the package would be available on that day. The space is small and during the holiday season or leading up to the holiday season, the area gets kind of packed with individuals missing their packages. However, I don’t think much room is needed since the service is very efficient and they get people in and out. Additionally, I used to live up the street from this location and I often utilized their services. On one particular day, I jumped out of my car(an older model vehicle that shall remain nameless) and locked my keys and phone inside while it was running. The staff was soooo helpful! They let me use the phone and let me wait inside until a locksmith arrived to help me out. I won’t be in such a rush in the future, but a least I know the folks at the FedEx Shipping Center will have my back.
