Two nights In a row I’ve come around 10:00 ish and all the signs, lights on in dining room and menu board drive in are on.
On ²⁄₂₃ Sun. Pulling thru drive thru a person saw me from drive thru window but just ignored me at the drive through — I left.
On ²⁄₂₄ Mon. After 10:00 pm. I sat at the drive thru for 5 mins. and then All the lights of the restaurant /​menu board and restaurant were shut off.
Ok… I get it! You’re closed, but give the courtesy to tell me you’re closed!
I really love you Popeyes, but after such bad customer service to even have a courtesy to let me know you’re closed. I’m done… like a burnt chicken!

The employees were friendly, the place was semi-​clean, but the chicken was like rubber. First time I ever ate at Popeyes. Probably the last.

Horrible customer service, had to wait 13 mins Cas they 4 got to drop the chicken how do u 4 get to drop chicken at a chicken place??? Well I got my chicken after waiting and guess what? It’s not the spicy I asked for should’ve known!!!

Conveniently located close to downtown, this location is simply ok. I frequent here often. However, that’s mostly because it’s the last stop with a drive-​thru before I get on Gordon Hwy and ride out! LOL Anyway, the service-​level varies… seems to be purely the luck of the draw. Sometimes you get an ok server and sometimes you get the pits. I grin and bear it simply because they have the most awesomely delicious biscuits. Just get the buttered biscuits and strawberry jam… Yum! Also they actually have Fanta (either cherry or strawberry… the red one). I love this drink.
Funny thought… some of the employees don’t seem to be happy in the mornings. lol The most you get is your bag swung out the window, a grunt, and a look that says F.T.S. … I promise you I giggle as I eat my biscuit and enjoy the steaming hot coffee. Oh yeah the coffee is really good like everyday. I havent seen any happy workers since they had two guys in the drive-​thru. I don’t think they are even working there anymore. Maybe they knew they were moving on to bigger and better kitchens? LOL
BTW… I don’t know what the hype is but I could have done without paying 7.99 for the Chicken Waffle Tender Combo. Zee flay-​vour vas zay let-​dune. Ate the biscuit, drank the Fanta, nibbled then trashed the rest!
Anyway… pick what you like and get that and let that be that. The older lady manager in there is a hoot and seems nice.

I hate the service here so I’m NEVER coming back. I asked for unsweetened tea again… Guess what I got? SWEET! People don’t even listen here. Pretty sure she spit in my drink. At least that’s what her look said after she rolled her eyes at me and reached to take my drink back.
After driving away I realized that they didn’t even ask me what type of strips I wanted. They just took the liberty of giving me original when what I wanted was spicy. I hate this place and wouldn’t ever recommend this location to anyone. Unless of course you want them to treat you like crap and get your order wrong in more ways than one then be my guest. Go to Popeyes. Sike. Never come here. You’re better off going to Wendy’s which is conveniently located across the street. If you don’t like Wendy’s then I’d suggest starve. This place sucks.

I love fried chicken and I also love spicy fried chicken. Popeye’s is a favorite of mine. But this location lacks in some places for one, they almost always run out of items on the menu and secondly, the items that are available on the menu are not readily available. You have to wait at least 10 minutes for your food. But I can say that the chicken is always freshly fried after that wait. That’s why I gave this place an extra star.
