Decided to give it a try for lunch today. Horrible mistake. The service was so bad. I have never experienced such bad waitressing. She didn’t know what she was doing. She spent all her time with a large party on the patio while ignoring the people inside. She was so tied up with the patio getting them napkins, condiments, and such that she complete ignore people trying to pay their bills. The management needs to hire people that know how to wait or training the people they have. I DONOT recommend this place and I will not be returning.

Went on a Saturday at 6 pm. Was the only patron inside. Took about 30 minutes to get our food. Kinda long consider we were the only ones there. There are tvs all over. But they are small and most are at bad viewing angles. Some of the menu seems overpriced. 12/$ 12.99 wings. Usually when you order more economies of scales come into play. Not here. A 50 piece is $ 49.99. Chicken parmesan is $ 12.49. Which seems a bit much considering Augustino’s was $ 14 as recent as last year. I can’t confirm the price because I think their online menu has Master’s Week pricing up now. The chicken Parm was a frozen chicken breast deep fried and sliced. I subbed Fetti Alfredo. Not terrible. Nothing to rave about. Above average. The Stromboli was massive. It is stuffed with fillings. Maybe a little too stuffed. To the point I had to send it back bc the fillings weren’t thorough. When it came back the outside was perfect. Crispy and firm enough to hold but not over cooked. The taste was good. I just prefer my Strombolis to have a good bread to filling ratio. The red sauce. I didn’t like it. I can’t really describe it. But I didn’t. Don’t think it’s made in house. But I’m not sure. Overall. It’s was okay. Just okay. It is their first weekend so I’ll give some slack.

I went here for lunch today and the place was not crowded at all me and another man were in at the same time. I had to greet myself and ask for a menu to take out. I came through the side entrance and the greeting station is at the main entrance so in order to be reconized you must come in the front? Anyway after 2 minutes they gave me a menu it“s a simple and to the point one so i ordered the 10 inch pizza called The pie hole which has sausage, peppers, red i remember I waited a total of 49 minutes for my pie!!! The 1st one was stuck to the pan the waitress told me. My answer to her was«they didn’t use oil or flour on the pan»? so after watching and not saying a word the staff 96% of them were standing around back there doing really nothing the rest were wiping down the stations and 1 was making my pie I think. so finally my pie came and also in between I was offered a drink and i’m asuming the man who came out the last 10 min was the manager and he said the pie will be ready in 9 mins. After getting my pie My lunch hour was over so I took a slice and oh yes the pie was not cut through and after cutting it and picking up a slice ALLTHETOPPINGROLLEDOFFTHECRUSTLIKE A MUDSLIDE! even the cheese! Crew training is a #1 when in business and they need more intense training! I will come back in a month and see how they are doing but for now this how my review stands. I wish them luck because the 1st12 months in a business are the hardest.
