We were able to identify through Home Advisors the exact services we wanted and may in the future need, and Home Advisor came up with several companies that fit our exact needs. Literally within the hour, We had two companies call us and set up times to stop in to look to see what we needed and give us a quote. The next day, We even had had a third company call. Jon also guaranteed that he would meet or beat his competitors prices. Since we had already received one bid, we already were sure he could definitely provide us a tree and stump removal service at a great price. But Jon also assured us that his company also provided us other added value items. Jon said that his crew members were all professional, polite, and that he would leave the area very clean. He has a very strong work ethic and told us if we were unhappy of anything along the way to let him know and he would remedy it. We were immediately appreciative of his business ethics and sincere guarantee for work.
Because of his willingness to provide all the services we wanted, at a very reasonable price, and definitely was the type of company we would be honored to recommend to our friends, we had Jon’s company remove a large quantity of trees along with stump grinding.
We found that this company has a crew that was not only polite, but they were also proud of the services they provided. They were all very safety conscious and worked together as if they had been a team for along time. They arrived at the time they said they would and often worked late in to the evening.
