I told them I needed to be at the airport at 1130 and they said they would be at my house at 11. They didn’t show up until after 1130 I ended up not waiting anymore and driving my car to store in long term parking. When it comes to airport taxi rides… that’s absolutely unacceptable. I had to rush to make it to the gate in time for boarding.

I made the call and the women said the cab would be there in 10 mins and it did. However the cab lady was not talkative and the car made me feel uncomfortable. Earlier I rode with sunshine which was a great experience but i decided to call another taxi service because I thought it would be weird if I called to her twice. The whole ride, with the checkered lady, we barely had conversation the van was really dirty and it was just uncomfortable to sit in. The drive was normal like any other. However I would rather recommend sunshine first than checkered

I had Dennis all week and the man was prompt, friendly, kind, and never made me wait. Only cab company i will use in Augusta.
