We purchased a piece of furniture from here the first week of July. We were told by the sales associate that it would be delivered to the store within two weeks. We felt that was reasonable and made the purchase. After two weeks had passed we called the store to inquire on our furniture. After some confusion over who I was and what my order was I was then told that that someone had left us a msg. to let us know that our furniture wasn’t in stock and it would take another week. After that week came and went I called again. I was told they were going to find out where our furniture was and would call me back. They didn’t. I called again the next day. I was told that it was be here in a week. You guessed it, it wasn’t here. Finally I was able to speak with the original sales associate who sold us the furniture. She was extremely rude, telling me that if I were to look on the back on my invoice I would see it could take up to eight weeks to receive my furniture. I understand this, but her lips said it would take two weeks. She interrupted me every time I tried to speak until I had to take on a nasty tone back. I feel like the customer service of this place is a joke. Only after yelling at me did I get a sarcastic, «well, I’m SORRY» from the sales associate. Well Treasures, I’m SORRY, I will never buy another piece of furniture from you again and I hope you send Brenda to a retraining program for her customer service skills. They are more than lacking. I’m just glad I got my furniture after being weeks late.
