Great furniture but the front desk and sales people do not know how to inform customers of furniture deliveries and arrival. We purchased a couch two chairs and an ottoman that was advertised. The order was told to be arriving the next week from the sales rep. After we paid the lady behind the desk told us April 26th. When we told them that was unacceptable they informed us it would be March 26th. And if we agreed to pick up the ottoman that we would get it all on the same day. So we did. We received our couch and chairs. They look great but the ottoman was not in. Nor did they know when it would be in. This was unacceptable and we had to take the floor model because they had no idea when the one we ordered would be in. So if you want quality furniture and don’t care about when your stuff gets delivered this is the place to go. Customer service was not great from the front desk. After the sale the rep was done and off to have another red bull.(His words) When we spoke to the manager and she was very condescending toward my husband.

ONLY3(THREE) days to return. No refund on delivery charge. And, most of their inventory is from one manufacturer. The first of two $ 900 recliners I purchased was replaced with duplicate and then that had to be replaced with a totally different chair. Of course, now the two chairs don’t match in the room. I had asked to not replace the lemon with the same manufacturer and was assured that the new replacement was not. Wrong, same manufacturer. The new recliner is killing my middle back. Next time, I will stick to the first cheap Serta I bought.

Expensive, yet great quality peices. They give the ability to mix and match designs and give options for different patterns and colors on all of their sets. Customer serivce is top notch! Delivery is a little pricey and goes up by how much you spend which seems backwards. If delivery wasn’t so high, I would have given 5 stars.
