The food was AMAZING. The only thing I didnt like was the servers attitude towards us. We were very nice and polite to her. It just seem like once a certain type of skin color came in she would be happy and cheerful towards them… but gave my husband and I attitude. NOT RIGHT!!!

We came in on a late Friday night with a group of 6 and right off the bat we knew it wouldn’t end well. We seated ourselves and waited a good 30 minutes until someone helped serve us. Now mind you it was 1am in the morning. There weren’t that many customers. Out of no where a worker and customer have an altercation and i felt unsafe. We ordered and our food was another 30 minute wait. We got our food and one of our friends got her ham after she was finished with her meal. None of us were given drinks.
Overall, the service here is atrocious. Slow and bad service. I guess it just depends on what time of day and what day of the week you go.
On the bright side, the water and orange juice taste delicious. Probably because the water is tap but its all good.
I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Thats pretty low for me to say because I rarely do not recommend places. If youre desperate, drive to other locations nearby. There are 2 locations 10 mins away from this one.

I mean… What can I say about Waffle House? It is the greatest breakfast spot ever! The All Star Special is my favorite of all times! I will post pics to show I! They just have all the breakfast all day and delicious burgers! I love Waffle House!

you can really only give a waffle house so many stars because the food is always the same. But if you’re craving their food, this a great one to go to. ive been twice in the morning and its never been too busy. The staff are all friendly and the food came out really fast. Ive been to 3 other waffle houses in the Augusta area and this was by far the cleanest one. Two of the biggest signs of a clean place are how clean the silverware and water cups look, and how clean the high chairs are. Both past my standards enough for me to feel comfortable eating there.
