APC Plumbing

We had them out for a clogged toilet great same day service, they even called and asked if they could come earlier! Steve, the plumber that came out was fantastic, he even checked another toilet we were having problems with and was able to fix it as well.
Bonus!!! They give a quote over the phone and stick to it!!!
This is a great high quality company who is not trying to sell you on more than you need!

I had APC Plumbing Company come and fix a heater on November 5^th 2014. The price that was quoted was outrageous and after a few weeks my heater stopped working well yet again. This isn’t even the big problem.
The big problem was when I received a call on January 30^th asking for payment. I asked why they were just now trying to bill me 3 months later and the reply their reply was that the end of the year is crazy for them so they were just now getting to it. I then asked for an invoice since it had been so long and they sent me an invoice that just had the total and no break down. When I then asked for a managers information, the story had changed to it being my fault due to the card not going threw. I asked for records of when they tried to charge my card and they were unable to provide this. And was given yet another excuse on why they could not show me this (they said that they had lost all records). I could not believe the customer service is this bad. If my card was declined the day of (which wouldn’t be possible knowing the amount on my CC) there should not have been this problem. And if they tried to run it multiple times before this, then why would they call me 3 months later?
I have yet to hear from a manager. I will never use this company again!!! I advise you look else where unless you want the same headache…3 months later.

APC is the best in the city! How do we know this? Because we’ve done business with other plumbing companies for decades — many of whom let us down due to odd business practices or ethical issues. Two years ago, the day before Christmas Eve, our hot water heater died:(Not knowing anything about hot water heaters, I started making some calls. A lot of companies I talked to did recommended the same brand, but their installation prices… oh my gosh; some were outrageous (over twice what we ended up paying)!
One company I called was APC, a family owned business; when I started talking to the receptionist and asking questions, she said just a minute and put the owner on the phone. He was very professional, he answered all my questions, he said they could come out the next day, and that there would be no extra holiday charge. And get this… they quoted me a flat fee that was totally reasonable!!! Woohoo, I said, come on out!
Sure thing, the next day out they came, and right on time too! They replaced the water heater in a few hours (we were showering before lunch), made sure it was working properly, were even nice to my kids, and the bill was exactly what the owner had quoted! Hallelujah, how awesome was that!
It’s been over 2 years and our new water heater is still working like a champ with no problems whatsoever!!! I highly recommend this company for hot water heater replacement!
