RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! This place is Terrible they are rude to their residents, they are cheap and money hungry! Always hesitant to resolve or fix any issues you may have in the apartment! The people around here are ghetto and loud! And there is no peace and quiet! The only pro are the apartments itself are a pretty decent size… Well the upper levels are! Everything else is cheap and the utilities are old! I’m counting the days until I leave this place!

Been here two plus years and have been very satisfied. It’s a great location because I can walk to Starbucks, gas station and bagel shop! Near the intersection of Eola & Rt 34 it’s a quick hop to Naperville. It’s actually in the Naperville township. Also walking distance to 3 schools in District 203, elementary, middle school & high school. These are well equipped apartments and town homes with full size W/​D, dishwashers and central AC. Town homes have attached garages and WB fireplaces. Bedrooms are decent size. This to me is not «luxury living» but quite comfy. Service/​maintenance is quick. The workout room finally got AC and is well equipped with TV. Pool is nice and party room recently remodeled. Comments about «thugs» is probably referring to young HS kids who walk across property a lot. Never had any qualms about type of people or crime. For the money it is a good deal!

The staff seems to be extermly nice and welcoming when you are applying for an apartment once to sign that leased you are screwed. They are rude and change the rules all the time and do not accominadating to you. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up due to the unsatisfying management.
Lease is up and moved out after 2yrs of a headache.
BEWARE… I hated living here the office staff is so rude. I paid rent on time and was a quiet tenant. I have never lived in a place where the tenant was not your first priority. The apartment was always cold so the heating bill is so high. when your lease is up they raise your rent a lot. The area is starting to get bad thugs hanging out in the front. I put a bond 350 for security and of course they want money for cleaning the carpet. they said the bond is is so you won’t pay deposit. this place is a joke and only want to rob people RUN find a new place.

Horrible place to live. Grungy people that sell drugs live there. Office staff is composed of rude, rude people who are never willing to help. When I needed proof of on time payment for 2 years I was told it would cost $ 25…sorry but I was a great tenant for 2 years and you can’t print off a piece of paper?! Office hours suck, workout facility is laughable, and make sure you watch out for poop when walking through the grass. Gross! Spend a few extra bucks and live somewhere decent.
