If minus 10 was an option I would choose that. Not only did it take 2 hrs to get the right order, the driver took my food to another house & tried to bring it back. Manager was a total prick when I wasn’t ok with the driver coming to my door for the 3rd time demanding«gimme pizza» in reference to the crusty burnt mis-delivered pizza. I realize there is a language barrier so i get this POS manager on the phone and he is absolutely indignant. I am 2 blocks from this store. A year ago i ordered pick-up and got there and they had no record of my order. I swore them off then. But a yr later we gave in for convenience purposes. Before the manager decided to be an immature excuse for a service provider i was ready to take a full refund and give back«all the pizza». However he chose to end the conversation and so did I.
