Absolutely the worst and rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl at the register, Sabrina, stood there with a blank face as if she was completely stoned and just looked at us, no greeting or anything just a blank stare. Upon ordering she could not seem to find the items on her register and then asked my friend and I to point to the menu for her to see where the item was because she didn’t think they had such a sandwich. Once she found it on the menu and got our order in the total came to $ 12.72. I handed her a $ 10 bill and a debit card and said use the $ 10 and put the rest on the card, her response to me was, «There is no way for me to do that, I don’t know how and even if I did know how I probably couldn’t do that.» I asked if I could speak with a manager and she said«no.» Nothing else just the word no and handed me my money and card back. So already confused that this is really a issue for her I decided to just hand her a $ 20 bill and get it over with. Well she rings me up and says, «I don’t have the other .12¢ change for you, is that OK?» In response I asked, «Is there any other register with change in your store you could get it from?» And she once again replied with just the word«no.» So I took my change that she had and said forget the .12¢ its not a big deal. She never gave us our drinks so I had to ask her for the cups when she was done messing up the order of the customer behind me. Just the worst experience I’ve ever has with a restaurant and they were so extremely rude, wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager. Do Not Go Here!

I stopped here to get French toast… I got more than I really wanted… I didn’t know French toast came in a scrubby sponge flavor?!? Never again!!! I am really happy to see that you keep the fryers clean, but I rather not have cleaning material on my food!!!

They are right around the corner form me and the food and service has been good. The drive through backs up from time to time so I just go in and get my food when it does. So far I have eaten there several times and everything has been good, Typical good Burger King food but not great. 4 stars because the food is good but not great like I have had at some locations. It is the best fast food place in that area.

I originally started ordering from here because it was one of the few places that delivered in my area. Originally it was great. My food would arrive quickly and still taste pretty fresh and the girls delivering(first few months it was a woman delivering every time) were polite and pleasant. The last few times however have been awful. I got the same delivery driver both times and he is so rude. First he asks if I want change($ 20 on a $ 12 order? You bet your ass I want my change) and then still sneakily keeps part of it. This most recent time he asked if I wanted my change and I said yes and he had the nerve to ask how much of it! And then when I told him how much he could keep, he kept that and more! He then rushed out before I could even look at what was in my hand without handing me the condiment bag or my receipt. I’ve gone through their corporate feed back website, but I plan to speak to a manager at the store as well. Won’t order from here again though if it doesn’t get addressed.

I wasn’t sure how to rate this. They make killer whoppers, but do not order delivery from them. I’ve done this about 6 times and the first 1 – 2 were perfect. Since then, it’s been going steadily downhill. The last time I ordered she had to go back to the store to get the fries. Nothing like cold fries an hour after I’ve eaten the burger. The time before that it was very late and she said she’d had car trouble. This last order has been over 2.5 hours and I’m still waiting on it. I called the store to cancel the order and got… voice mail! At 5 pm on a weekday? I keep getting emails asking where I’ve gone and why I still don’t order. Well, here’s your sign :)

The primary reason I eat here… They Deliver. I’ll let that sink in a moment. The last time I was happy someplace delivered other than pizza was when KFC delivered in SoCal and King Soopers delivers now. The app is great and easy 4 orders and you get a free Whopper. They usually honor the mail coupons and they have BOGO offers all the time.(Never Pay Retail). They also have delivery specials, like 4 premium meals for $ 25. Delivery folks are always friendly and the hand you a slip of paper with the manager’s number in case it is not perfect. They even have new packaging, so this is not going away soon. It’s no longer than other delivery and the same as if I mounted up and went myself, why waste my time. The Onion Rings were so hot, I had to wait to eat them. That is fresh. Only lunch and dinner, can’t imagine breakfast won’t be far behind. Big fan, will order from them again.

The drive thru lane was incredibly long, so we went inside and ordered carry out. There wasn’t anyone working the counter, we had to get someones attention to be helped. The order didn’t take long to get, but when we got home it was all wrong. Tried calling the store to alert them to the issue, and they wouldnt answer. Played phone tag with the owner for a few days, then gave up. Haven’t visited since. This happened 5 months ago.

Went to this BK for a change of pace. I’ve had BK maybe 5 times in the last 20 years. First, there’s a sign up that says they have no ice cream, shakes or anything related. Ok. It took 12 minutes to receive a burger and fries through the drive through. There was no one in line ahead of me and no one inside. I guess they weren’t expecting customers or to have to actually serve food. My order was correct but it was disgusting. Never again

Can I get someone that understands English up in this mofo? Why is it that every time I walk in here, there’s some doofus at the register that cannot understand what I’m saying? Hey, at least he forgot to run my credit card and handed it back to me without properly running it because his manager had to come over to correct the mistake he made and he got all flustered and he must have just totally flubbed it! It was a good thing it was my turn to buy lunch out– freebies are awesome. Too be fair though, I didn’t notice the mistake until I had gotten home and looked at the receipt and realized he ran it as «cash». Oh well, his incompetence(and that of the manager who trained him) tasted effin delicious.

This Burger King was rebuilt a few years ago and yet, it still leaves a lot to be desired in a welcoming atmosphere. The saving grace for this place is the terrific drive through people. My biggest complaint is that the Whopper Jr.‘s always seem to be undercooked. I do not want to see red when I eat my hamburger. No red at all. It’s a thin burger, I just don’t see what the problem is to get it well done. Also, inside the place, it is always a little on the cold side for my comfort level. The new pies, especially the Apple, are just yummy. I went to a Burger King on I25, way north, right before Colorado 66 and it just put this Aurora Burger King to shame. The managers should go take a lesson from that Burger King. It is just terrific.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich cut in ½ without mayo. The sandwich came whole with mayo. I sent it back for one without mayo(forget complicating it with cutting the sandwich). The next sandwich came out covered in carbon — so much that it came off on the bread. Gross. Yes, some carbon is expected from flame broiling, but this was obviously from a dirty grill. Clean up your act Burger King.
