First and foremost, this would be a 1 star review were it not for the customer service provided by the assistant manager. The delivery girl was sweet as well. This place used to be awesome– always correct on our orders, always on time or early and hot/fresh. USED to be. My last order from here was 45mins later than delivery time, and both the pizza and pasta were super cold. I figured things happen, let’s try again. This time, my pizza was 25mins late and was the wrong pie altogether. When I called to speak to manager Nichole, she was much less than helpful and very crass. Initially, she didn’t even want to remake my pizza, wouldn’t credit it, and expected me to pick it up. No apology, pure attitude. I ended up driving down there, spoke with assistant manager John who was awesome about the whole thing. He was professional and kind and got my pizza remade immediately. I understand that for the 1,000 things you do right, you’ll only hear about the 1 that is done wrong. I hope management actually reviews this and gives credit where it’s due, as well as coaching… Some restructuring and«weeding out» probably wouldn’t hurt either…

I ordered from here and placed the order online at 5:50pm, I ordered a pizza and wings. The email stated it would be delivered at 6:20pm, called the store at 7:00pm because still no delivery and the girl tells me they dispatched the driver and it’d be there shortly, 15 min later I get a text message from the driver asking where my apartments are at(which are litteraly right down the street not even 3 min away). I respond to the text immediately and then 20 min later the order arrives, the food was cold. I will never order from here again…

I ordered one pizza and a 2 liter soda. I called to see where my order was at the 1 hour mark and she said it hasn’t left yet. I told the lady on the phone if it was not hot or fresh I will send it back and they can bring me a new one. She said she can discount the order. It came almost 20 min later and was not fresh or hot. I sent the driver back to get me a hot and fresh pizza. He claimed he just took it out of oven and it wasn’t in the system at that time. I told him to take it back and give me a hot and fresh pizza. He tried to argue with me that the pizza was fresh. I have finally hit the 2 hour mark and still NO pizza… calling to cancel my order. When I called they told me my pizza was in the oven right now… I told her I will never order pizza Hut again… no pizza Hut pizza is that good to wait 2 ½ hours for!

…a little over an hour later, we got our delivery and had to nuke it. I ordered online so this store was automatic. Gonna try and reset it to another location for my next orders.

Worst Pizza Hut Ever!!! Ordered 2 medium pizzas and they got one wrong. Called and they refused to fix it. This is the second time. I’m done. You lost my business. I will spend the extra money to order from Anthony ’ s from now on.

Eleven dollars plus tax for a medium 2 topping pizza. I Ordered the pizza once but they had to make it twice. I didn’t order thin crust, and the pizza wasnt good at all

I hate saying anything negative but I went through the whole process of signing up for Unilocal just to write this. First I picked up my pizza and they forgot my wings. Second the employees started arguing with each other in the back saying how they don’t care that the wings were forgotten etc. then I saw a sign that said«if we don’t offer to show you your pizza on carryout then the pizza is free» so I ask about that while I’m waiting and of course they make up an excuse and then say it doesn’t apply even though they did not show me the pizza. I didn’t care too much about that but they should take the sign down if they won’t honor it. Finally I get my wings and the pizza is no longer warm by the time I get home so just overall not good service and this is not the first time it’s just the first time they messed up this much! If you can, go somewhere else…

I order from pizza hut 2 – 3 times per month. I enjoy the wings. Last time I ordered hot wings and spicy barbecue wings. Both arrived hot and fresh, but I noticed the spicy barbecue were dry and sauce-less. I called pizza hut to inquire as to why my wings were sub par. The lady asked if I wanted a credit for the wings, and I said yes. I asked if they had changed the way they make the barbecue wings, she said, no. She put me on hold, and then returned to inform me that«the manager says«that’s how they are supposed to be.» I didn’t care about the credit, but I was angered with the manager and his obvious mistake/lie. It Upset me enough I am writing a review if a pizza hut.

We ordered our pizza. It was supposed to be here at 6:25, was actually here at 6:50. Not that huge of a deal BUT the pizza was disgusting. The crust was still dough. I mean actual dough. My guess is that they push them through so fast, they don’t have time to cook. When I called they told me it would be a whole hour before I received my re-make. That means a total of 2 hours from when I ordered to when I received the correct order. Completely unacceptable! I was offered a credit — like I would ever order from there again!

The good: The guy that took my order was polite and the pizza is right. The bad: I was told it would be 30 minutes to get my pizza, it took an hour. When I called to check on it the girl that answered was less than friendly. When the guy got here I asked who screwed up so if it was on there end he can still get a good tip. All he said was«we don’t promise that time» so needless to say everyone screwed up. It shouldn’t take an hour to get a pizza one block away.

I wouldn’t even give this store one star if I at all could. I’ve ordered here twice in a matter of weeks and both times parts of my orders were missing. When I called and politely asked if either the missing pieces could either be redelivered or if I could be refunded for what I didn’t receive I was met with scoffing comments and very rude customer service. I see no reason why I should have to plea and beg with someone to receive items I had paid good money for. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this store or with the Pizza Hut Company ever again. A little professional courtesy and some manners would have gone a long way in keeping a customer who had been loyal for years with this company, but sadly it just didn’t seem to be a priority to anyone working at this store.
