I had an appointment with them today, sometime between 10AM and 2PM. At 3PM, I called and left a message asking when and if I could expect Sonny to show up. It’s past 5PM now and no sign of him, no call telling me he’d be delayed, nothing. That’s a full day I had to spend at home waiting for him, and now I’ll have to waste more time waiting at home for another sprinkler repair service. Never again.

Terrible Customer Service !!! I asked to schedule a blowout of my sprinkler system. I never got a call back to confirm a time. I had to call them. On the day of my appointment Sonny called and said he was on my front porch. I looked and he wasn’t there. He was obviously at the wrong address. Instead of calling me back, he just went away !! After ten minutes, I tried calling him and then the company and got no answer. Two hours later, I got a return call. Sonny had returned back to C&S and that I would have to reschedule. Instead of trying to accommodate me, I’m told they are very busy and they’ll try to fit me in. I told them forget it. There are plenty of other lawn service companies to choose from. I would stay away from this one.

My lawn was looking great this spring! I fertilized, pulled all the weeds, did lots of hand watering, but when it got hot I noticed some dead spots in my green lawn. I noticed that some of my sprinkler heads were not really hitting the grass efficiently and it was wasting lots of water. A few days later I notice that one of my sprinkler stations would not go on and another would not turn off. I thought I could just open the sprinkler control box and replace some valves or twist some knobs. Well after talking to my friends and going to Ace Hardware store a few times I was actually in worse shape than I had been if I had just called the repair company. I am not very handy around the house and don’t understand how the control box really works. The grass was getting yellower everyday. I called Sonny at C and S Enterprise to have one of their repair techs fix my system. Sonny and Carrie run a family owned business and I felt good about the level of knowledge just talking to them over the phone. I told Sonny what part of Highlands Ranch Littleton I lived in and the year when the house was built. He was able to describe the two different valves that controlled my sprinkler system. Because of the age of the homes in Highlands Ranch, he is getting more and more repair calls from this side of town. My wife left the garage door open and ran a short earn and by the time she came back they had repaired all the damage I caused myself. Sonny also programmed the sprinkler system to use less water and run at ideal times. My lawn is looking green again even on the hot summer days. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.
