Exceptional space and great place to grab a beer! Keep in mind this is the location where production is done so it’s not like the other location. There is a tasting room with bar tops and long tables. LOTSOFSPACE! Also in the back there is a large enough space to accommodate large groups for event spacing, but it is a production site. LOVE Dry Dock & love that they were the 1st in Aurora & truly have paved the way for many other microbrews in CO. The owner has always been involved with the community and our chamber. Kevin graciously hosted our elite Aurora Chamber Defense Council social tonight, 04.06.16. It was a great space to accommodate more than 50 of us. We also had Legends of Aurora owner Steve sponsor the food! It’s great that they let people cater in this space. Plus DD always has exceptional service(you can tell they all ENJOY&LOVE what they do) and what a great selection of beers! LOVED sampling all their creations! Even if you have a certain type of beer you enjoy… Déf try something new when stopping in. I typically really enjoy their Apricot blonde or the hefeweizen but had to try some new ones tonight. I am never disappointed. I truly enjoyed the quad, 10 year anniversary brew, and 10% ABV. Wow wee! It’s strong! It was intense and what great flavors. It was fun sampling the Hopricot, Vanilla Porter and of course IPAs. This is a great venue to host a larger group after work. Def inquire about event space options. Also love that they had a hockey table, corn hole and other games set up. FUNFUNFUN! They gave us a tour and explained the history of DD. We had such a wonderful time and already planning on bringing in other groups to utilize this great space. I can’t wait for the new outside area to open up! Definitely will be back! MAHALOS Dry Dock!

We actually had a great time here. South dock is still my fave of the two, I agree the tasting room look is a little weird. There is also ONE bathroom for women… But this place is so big we just went elsewhere to hang out. You can play«old people» shuffleboard, ping pong, there’s frisbee golf outside that we are definitely are going to hit up in the summer, etc. We went yesterday for their can anniversary and it was really fun. Bands, games, beers brewing, they were also doing a couple VIP tours.

To start off, I love dry docks beer. The loss of two stars is purely due to the ambiance of this tasting room. I love by the South dock and it has the microbrewery feel. Unfortunately he North Dock feels more like the inside of a cafeteria or break room. If you’re just looking for good beer still go here, because Dry Dock has some fantastic beers. If you’re looking for a relaxing environment too I’d head to their South Dock.

Dude – your website says you’re open until 8. Just dove ALL the way out here, and you’re closed! Yup, that’s me in the VW outside your front door at 7:23 watching you empty the trash. Not cool, Dry Dock, not cool.

Liked it. Nice atmosphere. Good beer. Good service. Really liked the on site manual canning setup :) fun variation on a growler to take some brew home.

Came for Firkin Saturday a few weeks ago to try the Pecan Vanilla Porter and ended up trying the Chocolate Raspberry too. Tasty! Great beer and great people — as always! Also, don’t forget to check out South Dock!

Fun, laid back atmosphere. Pretty good beer. Live music on certain nights! Insider tip! The very back corner next too the fireplace is an extra-cozy spot to relax and enjoy one of their many beers!

Congrats to Dry Dock for opening their second location! While this location isn’t(yet) as popular as South Dock, it’s still a nice place to stop and enjoy a beer. I think the best part about the Canoe Room is the seating area out in the warehouse. You can see the HUGE stacks of cans waiting to be filled with Dry Dock’s sweet nectar, as well as all of the brewing equipment, and bourbon barrels full of even more sweet nectar. Just so you know, there are a few things about the Canoe Room which may or may not bug you. They don’t have proper drainage so there’s no glass, no filling of growlers, and no taster flights. Yup, you gotta drink out of plastic. Personally, I don’t mind because it’s what in the glass that counts, right? A bourbon barrel aged barleywine still tastes like a bourbon barrel aged barleywine and gives you a heck of a buzz whether I’m drinking out of glass or plastic. Just drink it, it’s beer! Also, there are only four taps, so you don’t get the wide selection of that you do at South Dock. BUT, these four taps are almost always filled with something limited and special, and often barrel aged! Signature BA Stout, Signature BA Vanilla Porter, Signature BA Barleywine, etc. If you absolutely MUST have one of their«normal» beers, they have all of their canned varieties available for purchase. Personally, I have no problem with these caveats. I’m there for good beer and Dry Dock has lots of it!
