Dunkin’ Donuts

What can I say about this place? this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to the service is awful the drive thru is slow and they didn’t get the order correct I ordered 6 times and not one thing was correct. I will never come back to this Dunkin Donuts ever.

This place is convenient but horrid parking and drive thru system. Each time they either get my order wrong or over charge. Customer service is not so great either. They were irritated for getting my order wrong and did not apologize. Only going to Lamar’s from now on.

I only purchase one thing at Dunkin’ and that’s a large original coffee with cream. I have enjoyed them since college and they are consistent wherever I go. This location is no exception and the drive-​thru is quick and efficient.

If I could get a 0 to this place I would! Worst donut shop experience yet. Would never return! Donuts were dry, bland and we paid for but never received our coffees. There was not a wait, no one hardly in there & I know see why! We asked for a refund for the non received coffees because we couldn’t wait for them to rectify their mistake (had to get back to work). It would have been nice to have something to wash down the dry, tasteless donuts! They might want to get some non spaced out stoners to work at the place or they will be closing sooner than later

Pull up to the drive thru to buy a dozen donuts and use a coupon for a free coffee. I asked for dark roast no sugar and no cream. I get dark rose with all kinds of sugar and all kinds of cream. So much for my free coffee coupon! The coffee is going right in the trash.

Worst Dunkin Donuts on the planet. Screwed up our order, out of jelly donuts and jelly all together apparently. Chai was so so and asked for Apple donut and got a chocolate donut.
Love having Dunkin in town but this location is terrible. Time for a new manager.

If I could give 0 star I could. Being from New York I was so excited to see a Dunkin donuts close to where I live. This place is horrible– really bad customer service and the coffee just doesn’t taste the same. Better off going to Starbucks!!!

The breakfast croissants are delicious and the donuts are decent (few choices though), but the way the place runs is atrocious. The employees need better training. Bavarian cream is not white. When I ask twice to confirm that you have powdered donuts filled Bavarian cream and I am reassured that you do, then that’s what I expect to get.
I was so excited to see that they were building a Dunkin’ Donuts so close to where I work. After giving them several tries to get it right, I realized that their process is simply broken.

I have gone thru the drive-​thru and gone inside. Each time I go to this Dunkin, the staff has always been really nice and they always get my coffee order correct, not that it’s a complicated order, but it’s nice that my coffer always tastes exactly as I want it.
Yesterday, I went there with my dog and they offered me to give him doughnut pieces, which he absolutely loved.
I know that this place has had its learning curve and opportunities, but I think they have excelled at their craft and at customer service, which is the main thing.
One thing that is a little bit of an issue is that the lot is small and is hard to access and leave at times, but this is corporate’s decision and not this particular location’s decision; they are making lemonade out of the location lemons.

So I’ve never gone inside, but I have stopped 3 or 4 times through the drive through. I have to say that I dislike their breakfast sandwiches and have completely skipped the donuts. However, their coffee is ridiculously good. I have been all about the iced coffees this summer. In the winter, I’ll be there for hot coffees too. It’s just as well that I don’t care for the breakfast sandwiches, it can save me a few thousand calories. LOL.
However, if you want coffee, stop in.

Awful service! Waited for ten minutes inside while no one else was in line. Three employees were working and no one offered to help us. Two employees saw us waiting at the register and still ignored us. Worst of all they didn’t have a decent selection and no blueberry donuts! Don’t give them your business!

So the newest spot to hit Havana Street is a Dunkin donuts. This corner of Havana and Iliff was always a busy intersection but it is even more so now. I like donuts and they do a decent job, they aren’t doing anything magical, you ask for a glazed you get a glazed.
But my review isn’t about donuts, it’s about my simple egg wrap, yes they serve breakfast items as well now. Ok I should know better than to expect it to be awesome, but I wanted it to not be dry. It’s not an expensive item so I do take that into consideration. I do think there does need to be condiments for their breakfast items besides catsup. That’s really all that was missing.
Service was fine, though hectic, so be prepared to wait a few for your coffee and donuts.

So let me get this right, a donut shop with a menu breakdown of breakfast sandwiches and coffee?
I’ll be honest, I don’t go to dunkin donuts (this was my 2^nd time ever) My friend loves them! Said he wanted a donut so guess what? I decided I’d stop here. bad idea. First off, the layout of this parking lot is by far the worst you could imagine. The entrance is way too close to the intersection of havana and illiff, there’s no way it’s safe for anyone turning into the parking lot or if the drive thru line gets too long. The parking lot itself is small with half of the parking spots being handicapped. And when you go through the drive through don’t expect to make a left turn back onto havana… inconvenient!
Again, I don’t go to this place often so what kind of donuts do they really have? You won’t get your answer from the menu. I asked the guy why they don’t have a list of the flavors and his answer was «because we don’t have the same donuts every day»…what? Seriously? –_​–
They advertise what looks like a pretty good donut, raspberry with cream cheese in the middle mmmm… so I order it! And he said «Oh we discontinued that donut»…so you mean to tell me that this donut is advertised more than twice on your «menu» that DOESN’T even include your average donut… YET it’s discontinued??? Ok I’ve had enough… I’ll just go to Conoco I’m sure they have a box of powdered fuckin donuts there.
2 stars because im hoping some day that they will live up to the hype…

Worst DD ever. I don’t know how it stays open with the slowest service ever. On two occasions I noticed only 1 car in the drive-​thru, pulled behind then placed my order. But after waiting about 15 min behind the same car for 1 coffee and 1 doughnut, I gave up and left (again with only 1 car in front of me).
If you ask, why I’ve went back? I suppose I have been hopeful… thinking I just HAPPENED to go on an off-​day? Oh no, everyday is OFF at this DD. Additionally no one seems to know how to make a Coffee Coolatta drink.
Please just make the drive to Smoky Hill or Broadway, if you have a DD craving.

Whoever designed this location needs a good check in the head. It’s pretty much useless coming here if you’re coming North on S. Parker. And once you’re in the parking lot/​drive thru, there’s not enough space for more than five or six cars max to be waiting in line so you get a lot of agitated people. It sucks because sometimes I just want a coffee but I get stuck behind the car that appears to have never been to a Dunkin Donuts before and want a full description of each donut before ordering. Add some sketchy characters walking around the parking lot from the Ross right across the corner and you got yourself a bad location. It breaks my heart too because I love a cup of coffee from DD but not enough to keep coming back to this location.

May need to enroll your staff in a training session on food handling and customer service. I ordered a meal as well as a drink. When I arrived at the window to pay no one presented themselves for several minuets. When I finally did see a person she held up a finger to tell me to wait.
The gentleman that collected my payment still had his gloves on. So, not only did i receive my change covered in grease, he went straight back to handling food in the same gloves. Money is dirty! Gloves are intended to be worn to keep food sanitary. Handling food in the same gloves as have handled money is unsanitary.
Better hopes for the next time.

Decent DD location that does a great job with the coffee and hot chocolate, but is very slow to get orders out. Parking is a major problem at this location as I had to park at Ross behind this place. A 30 minute wait two different times to be served, but once in… it is not too bad.
The cake donuts on both visits were overcooked, and dry. But the staff does care about getting food out. DD Management and Corporate office needs more staff especially from 6am-​9am in the morning to get orders out.

This is bar none the WORST DD I have ever been to. Service was slow. Cashier was stuck on stupid. The people ahead of us waited a long time just
to get someone to take their order. Very unorganized.
NOT IMPRESSED!!! This is a brand new location and they are really
staring out on the wrong foot by offering crappy service and a «We dont care» flippant attitude. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

Stopped in since my sister and I had a craving for donuts and either coffee or hot chocolate. This is a new location and very convenient with plenty of parking and also a drive-​thru.
We decided to go in and didn’t have to wait that long in line. Had a craving for a glazed donut but they had run out. We decided to split a maple covered cream éclair and got one small hot chocolate and my sister got the mint chocolate.
The éclair was very tasty and both the hot chocolates were very creamy and yummy. Prices were very good.

While driving by, noticed big banner «open» and had to go in and check it out.
It’s brand new, total remodel from old building. Nice drive thru, a great corner location.
The same coffee, the same donuts… nice to see clean store
