Apathetic employees who literally ignored my wife when she complained about her rubbery breakfast sausage. The food is obviously microwaved and prepared well in advance. The employees seem to be more concerned about their social lives than doing their own jobs. After getting a second sandwich made of dry rubbery sausage, we were treated very rudely by the employees. While waiting for a refund, I watched the employees stand around and check Facebook.
We will not be returning to this location.

I don’t eat their donuts because I am a self-proclaimed donut snob, but I get coffee from them every once in a while. Always consistent, always too damn hot to drink for at least half an hour, and always quick. No problems whatsoever.
Their flavored coffees are pretty good and don’t add any sugar to the mix. I usually get vanilla with cream only (or pumpkin if they have it).

I went into this store and asked for 2 jelly donuts and a strawberry iced doughnut. What I received was 2 jelly and a chocolate doughnut. Both servers seemed like they were complete idiots. When I got my change, I received a five dollar bill and a one dollar bill rolled up in a ball.
Don’t they train these people???

The staff is great and they are always consistent. Great customer service! Easily the best Dunkin I’ve been to.
