Starbucks

Really odd Starbucks. Went here after a business trip out in the middle of nowhere, and this was the first spot of civilization half through a three hour drive home. Was hoping to get some snacks and coffee because there was nowhere else to eat nearby.
10 minutes into sitting there started realizing that ghetto rap with really explicit lyrics was playing. Thought it was a fluke only to realize about an hour later that it was not. It was super loud and completely obnoxious. Definitely not the neighborhood coffee shop feel that Starbucks strives so hard to promote. went to use the bathroom to wash my hands and there was fecal matter on the floor in the woman’s bathroom. Nearly gagged and walked out. NEVER AGAIN!

Listen, the coffee is fine, but the customer service, mainly from the female employees is rough. I mainly go through the drive through, and have a few friendly male employees, so I’m not saying everyone is bad, but every other Starbucks I go to, the Baristas are cheerful, outgoing, and very customer service focused. This location is an exception, when I pull up, it seems like the girls have to force a meek hello, and most times they hand me my drink while they’re arguing with each other, it’s rude, and makes me resent paying $ 5+ per drink more than I already do. If this wasn’t so close to my house I would never go here.

I only go to this location once a month or so but they are pretty good. Very friendly and I normally get an iced green tea or a mocha frap and it’s probably pretty hard to mess that up lol.

The coffee is good but the customer service was horrible!!! I feel that they tend to look down on you if you order just a plain coffee… It’s sad ’cause it’s close to home but I guess I will just have to find a new one. Maybe if they hire some staff that takes pride in their work and actually enjoys serving to customers then it would be a nice place to go to. They also could do better on keeping it clean since it’s always dirty.

I really like this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they always make great tasting drinks. However, their morning drive-​thru timing is pretty slow. I am used to much faster service from other locations. Other than that this place is great! They make their drinks better than the outlet mall location so I would recommend stopping here before you go to shop.

The staff here are always very friendly, but I really feel like they skimp on their drinks. Whenever I go to this location, my cup is never full, & this morning had a full inch between the top of the drink & the rim of the cup. :/​I don’t have this experience at any other Starbucks in the area that I frequent.

I hate that I go here but generally, Starbucks is damn good! This location is on my way to work, and on days when I’m too lazy to make my own coffee (pathetic, I know), I sometimes stop here for a drink.
I don’t have a specific drink that I get here, but I will say they’ve only messed up a drink one time. It was supposed to be a vanilla latte and it tasted like…1 part extremely bitter and burnt coffee and 3 parts steamed milk. Not appealing. I’m not usually the person that will call a business and complain unless they really f up, or I intend on returning immediately to have my purchase replaced/​fixed. This time, I did call because it’s annoying to spend over $ 5 on A coffee drink and then be SOL. The manager (Jason) apologized and said that the next time I came in to mention his name and he would rectify the bad experience. Since this occurred within a time period where I was attempting to be frugal, I decided to say f it and just not return, not let them fix it and save myself TONS of money by avoiding the only Sbux on my way to work…
Long story short, I cracked but felt I had let so much time elapse that I was not going to go there with Jason. I am back to frequenting this Starbucks although I do so probably once or twice a month instead of once or twice a week.
There is also a very nice older gentlemen that regularly works the drive thru window during the morning rush. Very friendly, fast and personable. The spinach, egg white and feta wrap is also a really good breakfast option. Whatever Starbucks, I guess I’m a customer for life!

Hello, my-​morning-​fix.
Instead of breakfast, I drink my coffee. (White Mocha) It’s got enough calories to cover breakfast and lunch!
I love this location… I mean, I stop by here every morning on my way to work if not more. Staff is super friendly and even through drive-​thru, some of them says Hi follow by a Venti? (I do frequent often)

My husband and I are lucky enough to have this particular Starbucks close to home. We have been going to this location since it opened and they very very rarely get our drink order wrong (even though we can be rather confusing when trying to decide what to have.). When they DO get our order wrong, they are quick to correct it or upgrade us to the next size up or make it up to us in some nice way that keeps us going back. Not only are they good baristas, but they are all very friendly. When out and about we go out of our way to go back to this location because we want to make sure that our coffee is good and it’s handed to us with a smile.
