Einstein Bros Bagels

I come in here a few times a month for my standard cheese bagel. I have never had bad service and the staff is super friendly, even early in the morning. I have also noticed that I’ve pretty much seen the same people work at this location for the two years I’ve been coming here, so that says a lot about the management.
And they never skimp on the schmear like some of the other locations I’ve been to!

A bagel-​less Bagel Shop?
I’ve tried this location 4 times in the last couple of months. Each time it hasn’t had much in the way bagels and I want a dozen. Out of the 25 or so varieties Einsteins carries this store never has more than six available. Today they only had 4 varieties left. I always visit between 8 – 9 am, how can they be out of bagels already?
2 stars because the bagels usually taste good, except the time I received burnt plain bagels.

Bagels are always good! Fun place to take the family for breakfast on the weekend. I would have given 4 or more stars but the gentleman behind the counter with the red hair/​beard was grumpy and not very friendly. Lexi is very friendly & sweet! Overall I would still recommend this location.

How this one has such a low rating I have no idea. I guess because people are always more willing to write a negative review and forget to write the positives! I have been coming here since they opened. They always have an amazing selection and smiling staff. I even came rushing in once 5 minutes to close and got a smiling face to greet me. I was told to take my time and I said but you close in like 5 minutes. They said don’t worry about us just make sure you get what you need. I even have gotten to know one of the managers Beth. She remembers me every time as well as my friends and their family of 5 kids. I always look forward in coming to this location as I’m treated by a very professional staff and clean store.

This place consistently closes and lock up over 30 minutes before they are supposed to close. What a joke!!! I guess they don’t really care about the money or business.

The bagels and cream cheese are very good, saw employee licking powdered sugar of her fingers!

I have to say I’m not impressed with the service I felt rushed along and wasn’t offered anything else coffee. juice etc. And I’m not sure how they measure their cream cheese but there was a boatload on my 1 bagel could have covered 2 or 3 with what they put on. I’m just feeling a bit annoyed I could’ve went to the local grocery bought my own and would have been much more satisfied.

They have great bagels and flavored cream cheeses but, the sandwiches don’t taste that great. Their cheese bagels are very tasty and they have several varieties of cheese (cheddar, American, Parmesan etc)

The elderly tired looking woman that took my order and was completely upset that I bought all of the things in the morning for my small business meeting was horrible. Made me feel like I was bothering her and was the most off putting person I have dealt with customer service wise in a while. The two gentleman at the register were amazing, and we’re even apologetic about her behavior, and they are the only reason I am giving two stars. If it were just those two, five stars all day.

GHETTO. The guy working literally asked,” Whachu want, blood?” and I find that incredibly disrespectful. Especially considering the fact that I look NOTHING like a «blood» or even a relative of his. Drowned my bagel in butter and just awful.

Been in a few times now, it’s nice to have a bagel place in the neighborhood,
So far the service has been great, the bagels fresh and the coffee hot!

When this location first opened it was great. However it has gone steadily downhill since that time. Too many staff changes (not good). Customer service is pretty bad and I hope you have time because it’s sloooooooooooow. Whatever you do, don’t order anything complex (anything other than a bagel and cream cheese). They don’t seem to be able to grasp the concept of anything else. If you have time drive to My Favorite Muffin or Einstein’s — both at Arapahoe and Peoria. No time? Go across the parking lot to King Soopers and grab from their bakery. This location is good for the doggie bagels only.

Dropped in today to pick up some bagels for the family. Got home and found out they gave me the wrong order. Drove back to get the right order and a refund. They would either only give me my order or a refund not both. If i took the order it was not even going to be remade. This place has no customer service. Not recommended.

Thinking bagels and cream cheese should be simple I stopped in for just that. While I ordered the cashier had his hand over his mouth the entire time making it nearly impossible for me to hear what he was saying. This made ordering 3 times as long as it could have been. Also, when you work at a place that serves food, you shouldn’t be constantly touching you mouth and hair. Just sayin… so I get to the cashier to pay and I’m informed that they don’t have the cream cheese I ordered. You don’t have it or you don’t want to go in the back and get it? Ok, I’ll take a substitute even though I came in specifically for that.
I also wanted orange juice. They don’t seem to have any. The lemonade looks old and separated. I should’ve just left but I was starving and had limited time. I ordered a fountain drink and pay. She tells me to have a nice day. Can I have the cup? Oh yeah, I forgot she says. She asks to see my receipt. What size did you get? Are you fucking serious? This isn’t rocket science. To top it off their soda lines are filthy and the drink tasted disgusting.

This location is awesome! The manager, and assistant manager, and all employees are so nice and welcoming. It is very clean and very organized. But most of all fresh and yummy! I come here at least once a week to get my Nova Lox fix.

Located in a corner of a shopping center, this location wasn’t on my radar till a few months ago when I started to have work done on the house.
It’s a walk in location, not drive through. They are situation on the end of a group of stores. They have the same selection as all the rest, just convenient to me when I need to go grab breakfast for contractors. Trust me. they DO appreciate it.
Also good for an after gym snack or meeting place. They have plenty of seating.

This particular location is just the best! I have gotten the Santa Fe bagel sandwich both times recently and it was so delicious! My son, the vegetarian, loves the egg and pretzel bagel. They have good coffee and nice employees. I will continue to go!
UPDATE: Lacey was a sweetheart today and very helpful. I al always grateful to come into this Einsteins! They rock!

Great place for my morning treat I usually have a bagel cream cheese but occasionally I have loxs and bagels and they do have some fun taste test this morning we did barbecue chicken pizza yesterday we did just a cheese and potato egg pizza

I stop at this particular Einstein’s every day on my way into downtown Denver, right around 6:15am. Surprisingly, I am never the first person in the store, and there are many «regulars» who beat me to the store :)
I love this particular Einstein’s. The staff is over the top friendly, and they now have my order memorized. When you pay for your order, the survey at the bottom of the receipt allows you a free regular-​sized cup of coffee on your next visit. Well… I am always given a large cup of coffee for free when I present my receipt, and I appreciate that thoughtful touch.
I think the poor reviews upon Einstein’s opening in this area should not reflect on the store as it is now. There are always PLENTY of each type of bagel (although I was disappointed that they discontinued the pumpkin shortly after Thanksgiving — hello! Pumpkin is a winter flavor), each of my orders has always been made perfectly, service is very quick and efficient, the store itself is spotless, there is ALWAYS fresh coffee, and as I mentioned previously, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic.
I will be a happy customer for years.

Brand new to replace the Blockbuster that used to be there. Stopped in for lunch the other day and enjoyed what I had (particularly the pumpkin scone… yum!) They forgot part of my order and I had to go back and get it, but they were very friendly and even gave me a coupon for a free bagel to make up for it.
Nice easy place to stop on the way in to work.
