Basic fast food Italian. Only problem was they didn’t have any forks. Luckily they found some and I didn’t have to eat the spaghetti with my fingers.

The Breadsticks are super soft and yummy but a tad on the salty side. They have some butter or olive oil on the outside and are really light. Spaghetti noodles are chopped but the flavor is pretty good(a pretty straight forward and standard spaghetti). The Lemonade here is very tart and tasty. The Ravioli was really rich and creamy with a white sauce. This is a great catering option for big parties or events. They offer a variety of salad dressings that come in little packets.

I’ve been here twice since living in Aurora, not my top pick. Actually would be my last after today’s visit. The first time I went about a quarter into my plate I found a hair so I called and they sent me a coupon with $ 10 on it, problem was solved. Went back today, ordered and forgot out the coupon and told her right after. She rolled her eyes and was breathing heavily having to push more buttons. She was wearing a green shirt and im guessing she’s a manager. This place is always a little bit on the dirtier side, floors really sticky going within 10 feet of the machine. But that’s what you get for cheap pasta I guess. Won’t be going back.

I had never been here before but my wifes family wanted to sort of do a throwback since they used to come here a lot when they were younger. It reminded me of an Italian burger king. Simple menu, not much to really choose from, and the dishes served were very basic. I wouldn’t say I am dying to come back here but it was alright. The endless breadsticks that come with each entrée was nice and the portions of pasta they give you were good. No complaints about this place if you’re looking for fast cheap americanized Italian food.

So here’s the scoop on this little place. The service I received, we were greeted nicely & promptly our order taken no issues proceeded to sit at our table, waited & waited & waited some more for our food. Had to go up to the counter 20 minutes after ordering just to ask if I can get our food. They brought it out after suggesting we sit so they could do so, & my sons pizza was fine & yummy but my noodles were hard & not good. That wasn’t the problem tho I understand mistakes happen but when I took it to the so called«manager» & told her I had waited 20 minutes for cold food & hard noodles she didn’t even acknowledge that. She was not empathetic & seemed upset with the server. She is the manager she should have took control & not blamed other people including the customer. Rude manager, nice crew members.

We ordered from here for a banquet. I remember eating it because I was hungry, but I don’t remember tasting anything. I’ll say it was at least filling.

Decent for a Fazoli’s but nothing to do cartwheels over. Service was prompt and food was out within 10 minutes.

I just had the spicy sampler, and I’m glad I ordered the sampler because it saved me from ordering 4 terrible meals. I like everything and I couldn’t finish it. how do you fuck up lasagna.

This was my first time attending the infamous Italian fast food chain, so I was pretty stoked. I ordered the Chicken Parmigano and they had a good deal with an additional two bucks or so you can make it a meal with a salad/slice of pizza and medium sized drink… so I did that. I ordered the side salad and it was a decent size compared to other fast food chains. They added a lot of cherry tomatoes in my side salad, so if you’re not a fan be sure to say something about that! With every order they give FREE breadsticks!!! ANDDDD they walk around carrying a basket full of fresh breadsticks and constantly ask if we would like any more… so make that free UNLIMITED breadsticks that have a small cheesy seasoning: D. Yum! The Chicken Parmigano was a sneaky big portion. When I got the plate I literally told myself«pfft for sure I can finish that!» but I ended up needing a to go box): The chicken and spaghetti were really good because I didn’t know what to expect for a fast food Italian chain. No wonder it’s one of their popular items!

I could go to Fazoli’s for the breadsticks alone. They are soaked in butter and dripping with goodness. They also have pretty good pasta and sauce, but I would stay away from the meat. I had the Chicken Parm, but I could not eat the chicken. It was obviously not a real chicken breast — but more like bits and pieces of chicken stuffed together and fried in a patty. If they improve the quality of their meat, they may appeal to a wider audience.

Not a bad place if you need fast food and don’t want it to be fried. This Fazolis has a drive through which makes it that much more convenient. If you get any of the combo meals and you need to get a meal for two, I would totally recommend splitting the combo with your significant other. Between the breadsticks and side pizza or salad, there is more then enough food. I tend to think its hard to screw up Italian food. Don’t get me wrong, its not like Frank Bonano is the back of the kitchen, but its a pretty simple spaghetti, pizza and lasagna dish. The chicken might have bordered more on mystery patty then real chicken, but heck, once you slap some cheese and sauce on it, its all good. They even gave me some coupons which I won’t use but overall, Fazolis is a good bang for your buck.

Fazoli’s is few and far between these days so when I found this one, I was going to get the taste that I remembered. First off, the portions they give are very small for the price. The side salad was not worth it either. The food itself tasted alright. I remember it use to be better than what it is now though. I would go to Olive Garden to get the same meal for the same price and better quality.

When I was a kid, we had a Fazoli’s down the street. We were devastated when it closed down a few years ago. I thought my chance at those bread sticks were forever gone. But when we were driving around our hotel looking for our diner options and we spotted Fazoli’s we knew exactly what we were getting. The restaurant looked like your standard Fazoli’s. The food tested the same and the bread sticks were exactly like I remembered. Sure it’s not the best italian food but for fast food it’s pretty dang good.

So the times are a changing again. It looks like this Fazoli’s as been updated into a more modern feel, and they have gone back to some of their roots. Its back to being more upscale fast food– things have real silverware and plates, not plasticware and styofoam dishes. It does look like children’s night is gone, or they have toned it down. Still eat garlic breadsticks like no tomorrow. Seriously good, and dippable. You know when you want every drop of pasta sauce, bread is your tool. They do have their regular menu and have been coming out with limited time offerings like pizza bakes or italian sausage festival. They are all pretty good from what I have had. I miss the fruit flavored Ices, but thats dating myself. They had peach and blackberry lemon ices. They still have lemon, but man the good ol days.

This is(was) one of my favorite fast food chains. I’m usually in the mood for Italian, but most solo outings don’t feel like going into a place with an overly b/romantic vibe. No candles at the table here! The breadsticks are always fresh and buttery and the side slices of pizza ain’t bad. Used to love coming here more but after my last visit I’m on the fence-oli. My usual menu choice, Tortellini Robusto, was no longer visible but I ordered it anyway and was told by the manager the chain had discontinued all tortellini entrees from their repertoire. Major disappointment. So I’ll have to do some soul searching, but if you can find another favorite and don’t mind paying Chipotle prices for fast but hearty Italian then green light this place because they treat you right.

Not fine dining by any stretch of the imagination, but it’s quick, inexpensive, and a good value for the money. They even have a drive-through that doesn’t keep you waiting too long, and it’s open later than most of the independent restaurants around here. The staff are friendly and efficient. For a fast, cheap, reasonably healthy last-minute aupper, I prefer it to most of the alternatives available around here.
