We got to this FedEx office to ship some notarized documents. There were three people in line ahead of us so we figured we’d be in and out in ten or fifteen minutes at the most. Forty minutes later, they’ve gotten through one person and keep asking if anyone needs services besides shipping. No one does, but they ask every five minutes without helping anyone anyway. The woman who FINALLY helped us was new and still in training but it took another ten minutes of her floundering for a coworker to come help her out. An hour and $ 12 later we have a tracking number and a shipped envelope.
Fast forward a little less than a month and we get a letter from FedEx saying our shipment was audited and we owe FedEx $ 138. For shipping some paper. The kicker? According to the tracking number, it was never delivered. Go anywhere else for your shipping needs because this location is terrible.

Tamara, the manager is super helpful. So is another long term staff member over there named Cindy, but the staff is great overall. Often, other printing shops can take their sweet time, but Kinko’s (yes, I still call them by that name) gets it done Fast.). You can probably find a cheaper location to print, but when time is of the essance go here. Quality is never an issue either.
