This is a corporate sprint store– which today i learned is where you should go to do business. Customer service was great. Spent some time there, but i think thats true of any phone store. This will be my good to sprint store for now.

I would be this place negative stars if could!
Customer service is horrible and I was waiting over an hour to get my new phone activated then they sold me Samsung tablet 3 for $ 5. The sales rep informed me that the additional Monthly fee was to include it on my unlimited plan. Well there’s no such plan and I didn’t find this out until I got home and then had to pay a $ 75 restocking fee when I went back to the store and they had me wait nearly 30 minutes just to return it
