If I’d written this review immediately after buying my sneakers it would have been 5 stars. I needed gym shoes and knew what features I needed for the type of workout I do, but of course didn’t know which sneakers met my criteria. As soon as I walked in, a clerk asked if I needed help and I told him my shoe specifications and price range. He showed me a couple pairs and the one I bought has been awesome! My feet immediately nonticed a difference during workouts, plus they are super stylin. Unfortunately things turned sour this morning. Yes this very morning, more than a month after making my purchase. At some point, I began receiving Sports Illustrated in the mail and didn’t think much of it because it was so thin, I thought it was one of those preview issues they send trying to get you to order. Also I get a lot of free magazines for doing surveys online so I really didn’t care until yesterday when I got an email about my account. Luckily I logged in because usually I ignore emails from magazines. It looked like I was being billed, so I contacted customer service. This morning I got a reply back that when I purchased my sneakers I was automatically signed up for a year of Sports Illustrated at $ 53.99AND a year of Sports Illustrated Kids at $ 24.95 and my debit card was going to be automatically charged on June 8th. I’m so glad I found out because I have a big haircut and color appointment this weekend and I can’t even bear to imagine the shame if my debit card got declined at the salon because Sports Illustrated of all shitty magazines had taken all my money. I need side bangs for summer goddammit. I HAVEN’T HAD A HAIRCUTSINCENOVEMBER. Also, Jesus Christ, that’s almost as much as I paid for the sneakers. I will say I did sign up for their points promo whatever card where you spend however much and then get $ 20 off a purchase, but dude definitely did not mention the subscription because I would have declined because I hate sports and would not want even a free issue of a sports magazine. Unfortunately, now I have to hold a permanent and lifelong grudge against Finish Line and I really liked their selection better than Foot Locker. Also when I go to any of the numerous Foot Locker Spinoffs no one will ever help me. They can hardly even be bothered to ring out my purchase.

Leaving Finish Line again as continuous sales people walk by as I hold a shoe in my hand. I never get any assistance in this store.

Went in with my $ 20 rewards card the other day and I am used to shopping online, The girls in the store were very helpful and friendly. That is refreshing after being hit up by the«Do you want to get your hair done?» booth in the mall. I will come here again as good customer service is hard to find.

Great customer service timely and was willing to search other location for the shoes I wanted
