Not the best location for access due to the parking lot and intersection, but clean location and friendly staff. Great place for value menu! One of the best places far a value egg and cheese sandwich. Don’t forget your curly fries!

Will never go here again. The wait in the drive thru tonight was horrible. Took almost 10 min just to get to the speaker, then once at the speaker I had to wait another 3 – 4 min before I could order. They made my order wrong, and the chicken sandwich tasted like rubber and was not warm or fresh at all. Curly fries were good though. Overall, very disappointed in this place and I will not be going back!!!

We haven’t been to a Jack in the Box in over 6 months(our last jack in the box experience was in Texas). I usually only get two things from Jack in the box, the bacon cheese fries and tacos!!! We went at 4am and they were cleaning their grills(so we couldn’t get any hamburgers or anything but I really didn’t want any so it didn’t matter). I got 16 tacos and 2 bacon cheese fries! They made everything to order and it was fast and tasty!

I went in and stood at the counter for about 6 minutes before someone said«I will be right with you» waited about 5 more minutes then left and went over to MacDonald’s where I ordered and got my food with 5 minutes. This is not the first time at the store but it was the last, they must have plenty of customers so they don’t have to have customer service.

It’s kind of crazy to me that this place has so many bad reviews. Never once have I gone there and it’s been bad. I love their burgers. They actually taste like real beef, and not that McDonald’s ground whatever. Their chicken nuggets were probably the best fast food nuggets I’ve ever eaten. Super juicy and hot fresh out of the fryer. The only reason I have them a 4 star review is because they really don’t make their fries really well. They’re always cold and kind of soggy and I hate soggy fries. I really like how they have those soda machines where you can choose any flavor in the world(practically lol) because always like getting cherry vanilla doctor pepper. Their milkshakes are on point! & come on, who doesn’t love a good milkshake. Also, my super guilty pleasure of all time is their mini churros! Holy cow those are so good. Better than most Mexican restaurants. Sooooo flipping good. Every time I’ve gone through the drive though the staffs been nice and always super fast. Love this place.

Only giving one later because you have to give a star… Don’t go here! Stay away! Even if it’s free! I ordered chicken tenders… More like chicken jerky… And greasy fries that were old. Place wasn’t clean. And nobody was there! I’ll never go here again. Maybe a different location, but never here. The end.

I ordered the same big old ultimate cheese burger and my girlfriend ordered 3 tacos. The fries were cold and soggy on my order and when asked«jerry» at the front he told me he couldn’t give me any fresh hot fries unless I paid for them. I showed the tacos to the manager and asked if they were sitting on the counter for 3 days. They were super skimpy and soggy. I have no idea what the pasty substance was in this taco. I asked for something else for credit and«Jerry» said we can’t exchange them or give u anything else because you took a bite out of it . Well Jack in the box I am waiting for my free lunch. I will return to speak to the manager when he or she is not out smoking and texting next time and too busy to be bothered.

It’s ok I guess. Food isn’t that special but is fair priced. Staff is less than friendly. Floors are dirty. Definitely not coming back

Foods great… but damn there staff sucks I told the young man at the window thank you 3 times and didn’t even get an acknowledgement that I had said anything and I know he heard me I’m not a quit person then he almost dropped my order handing it to me and still couldn’t say anything with that kind of staff might as well be a machine I won’t return

It has been a long time since I have been to Jack in the Box. I came on a mini vacation to Colorado and my friend ask my boyfriend and I what we wanted to eat. We both looked at each other and without a question we said” Jack in the Box. Come on their .99 cent tacos are so amazing! We missed this fast food restaurant so much! It was exciting to eat some!

The worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to, and I grew up in Texas, where they are practically on every street corner. This location has very friendly staff — when they are actually there. This is the third time in a year and the 2nd time in a week that I have come to the drive thru and it has either been closed for some strange maintenance reason(we are cleaning the hoods/vents for the next 2 hours) or out of something basic(like lettuce) or there has simply been nobody there — like tonight. The lights are on, the drive thru menu/intercom is on. It’s the normal hours of operations(24 hours!), lights are on inside, and nobody is there. No sign on the door. Nada. The phone number just rings and rings. People like me constantly lining up in the drive thru to speak to an empty intercom until they give up. I hope that there wasn’t foul play of some kind, but that should be the only reason this place is ever closed during normal hours without some kind of sign or a message on their answering machine.(Yes, I did call the police, just in case). Seems like it must be time for a change of general manager at this store, because all of this really strikes me as the result of mismanagement. «Jack» in San Diego will be hearing about this.

Disclaimer: I lllooooovvvveee Jack in the Box. Some of my first return to the U.S. memories were shared with Jack in the Box so I will always be a fan and I will always be a customer* Jack in the Box locations in Denver Metro are few and far in between. For the five years I have been here, we’ve lived within or just on the outskirts of the DTC area so the closest location was Parker Rd & Mainstreet. It takes approximately 25 minutes to get there from my home but we would happily make that trip for tacos, fries, shakes & Jumbo Jacks. We were excited when they built the location at Jordan Rd & Lincoln Ave which would cut a few minutes off of our journey but they do not offer the same quality of products so we resumed passing them up to visit the Mainstreet location. I occasionally stop at the location near Federal & Evans but their service is much slower than I am used to so I would still drive to the Mainstreet location more often. In the past, I usually only headed east for two reasons– to visit my closest, local friend-girl off of Havana &6th and to go to the airport. However, my 6th Ave friend-girl runs all of her errands in the area, her sister lives just a few blocks from this location & there is now a Torrid in Aurora Mall so, suffice it to say, I have spent a bit more time exploring the area between Iliff &6th. Winding down to the story and the one star… I was delighted when I discovered this location off of Mississippi & Chambers. For me, it felt closer than the other locations. For the most part, I have been satisfied with my few visits(I would say I have been to this location approximately six times). I believe, on my second & fourth visits, the shake machine wasn’t working which was the main reason for the fourth visit, with my son, so we ended up driving out to the Mainstreet location anyway(it was about 9p). My son had mentioned, during that trip, that it was the second time he had visited this location and their shake machine was not working so he was not going back. On my most recent visit(4⁄9), I was running errands(off of Iliff & Parker) and decided it would be a nice gesture to pick up some shakes from Jack in the Box for me and my son prior to him cooking dinner for us that evening. I battled the increasingly ridiculous traffic around 3p to get there. Once there, there were a couple of cars in front of me at the drive-thru but nothing crazy. While waiting, I catch a bit of the end of the statement the team member was saying to the woman in the car in front of me and it sounded like ‘closed’. Hmm… She pulls off, allowing me to pull up to the speaker, where the team member proceeds to greet me and then inform me that they are closed due to a shortage in staff.* … I really did want to have a conniption but I held it together. I wanted to tell her that I have never worked with Jack in the Box but I was willing to come in and help out if only I could get some shakes & a few tacos.:/ Suffice it to say, I’m still craving Jack in the Crack and, now, I want more stuff from there. However, I will not return to this location for it. I just can’t run the risk of not being able to get what I have traveled such a distance for. I will stick with the location that has always come through for me. I know… it shouldn’t be that serious. Oh… but it is… :P

Perhaps my experience here was unique because I came through the drive thru at 3am on New Year’s, but I was NOT impressed. I waited in line for almost 45 minutes because there were only two employees working(as I could see). I’d have been willing to excuse this, but when I finally received my order, it was 1) inaccurate(I received a box of fries instead of mozzarella sticks) and 2) wasn’t fresh at all. Not a good first impression for me. Now, I understand that this location is still pretty new, but the management has a lot of improvement to make.

I haven’t been to a Jack In The Box in over 20 years. We went to a Denver Cutthroats game last month where they scored 4 goals. On our way out of the Denver Coliseum, we were given a voucher for a free Jumbo Jack. We ordered our free Jumbo Jacks at the counter along with some fries. The cashier noticed that my husband had a military ID as he was putting away his credit card and offered him a military discount. The food was brought to our table. The Jumbo Jack had pieces of lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and chopped onions, and pickles. The fries were so-so. The décor was very modern and the restaurant was clean.

When i need my junk food craving, theres a jack in the box there waiting for me. I only really eat 3 things here– breakfast, asian bowl, or steak melt. we almost always use the kiosk as you can customize what you want your way. its fast and you usually skip that cashier interaction all together. Like with any jack its not different that another location. never really had bad service or anything from this location.
