Really poor customer service– when you are smiling and polite and the staff is clearly annoyed that you are there making them work. I asked a few question because the menu had changed since I’d last been in and the guy looked like his head was going to explode. Not acceptable.

Been here a few times with my friends and my husband. Good place, all smoothies are delicious (my favorite is Amazing greens). Staff always friendly and can give advice if you do not know what to choose)) Thank u guys!

I love Jamba Juice but was very disappointed to arrive at 8:35 to see the door locked with 2 people inside refusing to make eye contact to us and another couple who arrived at the same time. The hours online and the door said they were open until 9. This is either very poor business practice or young kids with no work ethic. Wasted 20 minutes roundtrip because of them.

They’re the slowest ever, we have been waiting 15 minutes for two juices and a bowl and then they give us the wrong order. Really bad service!

It’s great to see hardworking high school kids who understand great customer service. There is hope! They are consistent with service and don’t get rattled with my complex blend of drinks I request. They have a good variety of supplemental options. I like whey protein, bee pollen, chai, and flax. I usually get the new kale juice without the fruits, extra kale, ice, two shots of wheatgrass (mixed in the drink) with supplements.

Love Jamba Juice. My favorite after workout treat. I have them throw some Whey protein in for a complete after workout meal. They are always helpful and the manager is willing to custom make my drinks. Great job Jamba Juice. I will be back for sure.

I love Jamba Juice. I have for years. I stopped in for a quick late breakfast of a smoothie and pretzel. I felt so bad for the guy working, there were at least 15 people waiting and he was the only one there. He was as efficient as he could possibly be.
However, when I pulled out my pretzel about 5 minutes after I left there were 3 mold spots on it. Not cool. I was working and didn’t have time to go back. I know he was working his butt off, but moldy food isn’t cool.

I always enjoy a good smoothie, especially on warm spring or summer afternoons. I am so glad you can now get your smoothies in a «Lite» version; 1⁄3 the calories, 1⁄3 the fat, 1⁄3 the sugar, all the flavor! YAY!
Jamba Juice is constantly updating their menu with new and exciting flavors.

Jamba Juice is usually a great store and this was no exception. I came in for a $ 2 special on 16oz fruit & veggie smoothie. I have to tell you, I have had some great fruit smoothies at various Jamba Juices. That said, I think they have missed the mark with the fruit & veggie smoothies.
The tropical harvest drink was downright nasty. Neither my partner or I could stand it. We took a couple sips each and threw it out.
We also tried the Apple ‘n Greens, while it was better it just didn’t satisfy or refresh me the way a regular fruit smoothie can. It is described as «A blend of apple-​strawberry and green vegetable juices, peaches, mangos and bananas will make you see the light.» What exactly are «green vegetable jucies» and how can I avoid them in the future.
While I am slamming these drinks I must admit that Jamba Juice fruit smoothies are a guilty pleasure of mine that I really love.

Haven’t had a smoothie in a while so we stopped in after a day full of running around town. Place was very clean, staff was attentive. I went for the 30 oz Apples and Greens and only got 2/​3rds of the way done before realizing it had defeated me. Was very good; filling and prepared well. Next time I know to downsize and I’ll be better off! Lots of variety to choose from. Definitely will stop in again.
