I have been to a few different Jimmy Johns and each one does things a little differently.
This location is pretty awesome. Their bread is always soft while most others are a bit crispy. The employees here are super nice every time I have visited and have yet to mess up an order.
I’ve noticed that this location is pretty skimpy with the tomatoes. I order a #13 — Gourmet Veggie Club. I consistently get 3 small tomatoes per sub which is pretty wild. Same with the cucumbers, the lettuce however is always abundant. I don’t mind a lot of lettuce but would prefer a bit of everything in each bite. Anyways, I now request extra of certain things which seems to give me a normal amount in the end.
Unfortunately they do not deliver to my area. I will never understand their delivery radiuses. But, whenever I order online for pickup I arrive 7 minutes later and my stuff is ready!

This is usually my favorite place to order delivery. But let me tell you about today’s order. I ordered my son a sandwich and wanted to add cucumbers to it. No big deal right! Cucumbers are a free add on but no not today some stupid policy in why they couldn’t put them on the side or on the sandwich. Oh but I can pretty much order it the way I wanted it for a dollar more. Come on apparently frees not free at Jimmy Johns!

Good friendly staff. Super fast delivery to Hampden & Chambers. They always get our subs to us fast and the order is always right! Never stepped foot into their location but if it’s as good as their delivery, not sure you can go wrong.

Sandwiches are always made just right. Even with a line you’re out of there in 5 minutes! Everything is simple, there’s not a lot to «add-​on» which makes the process painless and smooth. Staff is always pleasant and Super efficient! Parking can be a pain as it’s a small strip mall with several entrances and exits and side lots and such.

This locations is Awesome the staff friendly on point and the service here really is FREAK FAST. I eat at the jimmy johns by my work and there OK fast these guys get you in and out with a great sandwich. I have eaten just about everything on the menu. Love there bread I personally recommend the Italian night club and the bootleggers club. Keep up the freaky fast job guys.

As is the case with most, if not all other Jimmy John’s locations, this one has it down. Newly opened, sandwiches are served fast as usual.
You can expect the same friendly atmosphere and good sandwiches here, as you already expect from your favorite JJ’s location.
