I’ve been a customer for years. Their clothes are relatively expensive especially in days like these when we have the options of H&M, Old Navy and Torrid making plus size clothing. However, they do try to offset the cost by offering «real woman dollars» similar to Kohl’s cash In addition, if you are a card member, like me, you also can receive rewards checks sent via the mail. These rewards checks are sent after you accumulate a certain amount of points which are awarded based on how much money you spend in stores.
I recently got a $ 40 reward check in the mail and went and purchased a couple tops. I had only tried on one – my mistake. I had to return the other. I went in and the return was easy as I still had my original receipt. However, I wasn’t given a gift card or store credit with my return. I was just given a receipt. The cashier, Kaelin, explained that it looked like I got the top for free originally. I explained I used my reward check them further asked if I could get credit or exchange the top. She said I could’ve exchanged it and she didn’t think to ask.
So now I’m out a top, $ 30 of store credit and I’ll be cancelling my account because it’s no longer worth it.
