AQUA Spa and Wellness

First of all, if you use Google Maps to find them it takes you to an abandoned store front. The front desk was well aware of this issue and even told us about all their failed attempts to fix it, but didn’t mention it to my husband when he called to make the appointment. For first time visitors, it would be helpful for them to mention this issue so they aren’t driving around the Southlands in search of their destination.
This spa felt very much like a Massage Envy at a higher price. My experience was exactly the same as I have had during past visits at ME.
My massage therapist had her set routine and didn’t deviate from it, even though I had asked her to concentrate on certain areas. I left feeling somewhat relaxed, but that feeling was gone by morning when I woke up with several bruises. Which also tells me the therapists skills may have been lacking. I routinely get massages and have NEVER experienced bruising before, including past deep tissue massages.
I was hoping to have found my new go-​to place for massages, however, it seems this is more of a «won’t go-​to».

My mom purchased a 90 minute couple’s massage for my husband and me as a gift. Not a cheap gift, for sure. I called about two weeks prior to our ³⁄₁ anniversary, hoping to schedule a massage to celebrate, but was told they had nothing available and that I’d need to call at least 3 weeks in advance because they book up fast on the weekends. Disappointing, but makes sense… So, fast forward to today — and I call to try and book our massage and am now told I have to call SIX weeks in advance to book a couples massage. WTF? Seriously? I can’t schedule during the week because they’re not open late enough for a 90 minute massage — and I work until 5 and have to drive from the southern end of the DTC (no, I don’t have the type of job where I can get off early) and my husband works a fixed schedule — but he’s only given his schedule a month in advance (and his days off change), so there’s no way I can schedule six weeks out. This is absolutely horrible customer service. Who the heck should wait SIX WEEKS for a massage? That’s insane. I’m going to ask my mom to request a refund, if at all possible. I suppose, since this is a gift certificate and they’ve already been paid, they couldn’t care less what happens. I’m sure their services are wonderful — or they wouldn’t be booked this far out. That doesn’t excuse the horrible service they’re giving to a pre-​paid customer… Inexcusable. Be warned if you’re considering purchasing a gift certificate for a massage for someone…

Girls day, it was amazing! Enjoyed all the ladies that worked on us. Pedicure, massage, facial and lunch with wine. Suggest this for everyone it’s worth it.

My favorite new spa in Denver! A must for anyone looking for great services and top of the line products. The staff is very knowledgeable and really go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. I spent my «undisclosed #» birthday here and was in la-​la land by the time I left. I felt like I was at Miraval in AZ (if you don’t know, Miraval is one of the #1 spa’s in country) They get 6 stars from me and I am a spa snob so that is not a # I give out easily!

The body wrap’s work! I have been going to Aqua Spa for years. Everyone is very nice and the services are fabulous! I also love their facials.

I just went to Aqua for the first time today and WOW! I followed my favorite massage therapist over there and can honestly say I can’t wait to become a member! The place is beautiful and relaxing and the staff is super friendly. The price is worth the service and extras you get. I can’t wait to go back and try other services here too. I think this would be an awesome girls spa day with my best friend or to surprise my Mom when she’s in town too!

This was a great way to spend 30 mins getting a facial. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and I would recommend it to anyone for a massage or facial. Also, the owner Dana is not only very kind, but she is cute as well.

This review is way over due! I started going to Aqua Spa about 9 months ago when I moved to Colorado. I’m so lucky I found an amazing spa so close to my home!
I am a regular at the spa, I have my «regulars» who perform my services. The staff is amazing and treat every customer how they would want to be treated.
I receive regular pedicures, the facials are amazing, and I just received my first Aqua/​Hydro tub therapy which was so relaxing.
I highly recommended to try Aqau Spa if you haven’t. And if you need a «go to» place, this is it… Do not look any further!
