Wow. Fully impressed with service, knowledge, and kindness. Not to mention price matching. Came in after shopping around a bit, looking for a euro-​top that I slept on in FoCo. Perfect match and then reduced price to match competition and 10% lower. Very pleased.

Carol helped my husband and I out this past Saturday find a good mattress. She was friendly and attentive, knew the store and the products really well, and we left with a mattress just under our budget. She was quick, efficient, and made it a pleasant experience (especially after an annoying one we had across the street at Sleep Number!) Thank you, Carol! We love the new king mattress!

We really appreciated Eric’s help with our mattress purchase. He was attentive, provided a lot of information and really listened to what we wanted. He also wasn’t hovering around us all the time. He gave us time to talk to each other about what we liked and didn’t like. He made us feel like we could trust him and his advice. We are looking forward to our new mattress!

I went in to this location not having a real firm idea of what mattress I was looking for. The salesman that I dealt with was extremely rude and pushy by constantly trying to get me to buy immediately instead of browsing and contemplating my choices at least overnight. All he cared about was making a sale and not really helping me make the choice of purchase I was comfortable with when I was ready to buy.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my new Hampton Rhodes mattress. Chris was kind, attentive and even knew about the carbon footprint of his products. I agree w others that the low foot traffic (am) makes choosing and trying out your mattress easier. Credit went thru in a flash and delivery last evening was quick and efficient. Grateful for the process start to finish!

Mattress shopping with 3 small boys is not an easy task! We weren’t planning on buying a mattress that day necessarily but Trevor made it so easy. He was incredibly patient and not pushy at all!

Tom Rolloff was beyond helpful. He helped us determine which bed fit our needs and our budget. He was genuinely interested in our needs and he wasn’t a pushy salesman. Tom was extremely friendly, easy to work with, and we recommend anyone who needs a better bed to go see him.

Our visit/​purchase to this Mattress Firm was quite lovely. Tom was our salesman, and was very helpful and informative, yet did not apply «high pressure» that MANY people apply in order to try and land a sale. He was very patient with us as we decided on which mattress would best suite our needs (and thus far, our Stearns and Foster has been absolutely wonderful!). The delivery men were wonderful as well. Very cheerful and friendly! If you are looking for a great place to buy a mattress from, I highly recommend this mattress firm. With it’s informative salesmen, and low foot traffic, you are quite at ease when deciding on a new mattress

Matt took great care of us. Worked in our budget and delivered same day. Delivery guys were quick and offered to move old mattress to our basement. So far we really like our Contour Supreme Mattress!

Chris was our salesman and he was thorough, polite, and detailed. He answered my numerous questions with authority and cheerfulness. Same day delivery at no extra costs can’t be beat! Awesome warranty as well. This location is kind of tucked away and has low foot traffic so you have less chance of others critiquing your bed testing style.
