Now I’m gonna be honest and say that we all know the quality and great taste of KFC chicken has dropped over the years and it’s not even close to what it was in the 90s but today it’s about the customer service Andrew gave. He was very nice and genuine, and it’s how it should be and made sure everything was how I wanted it. We need more people practicing 59s customer service line that.

This is by far the worst KFC that I have ever been to. They are **SLOW**! I mean really, really slow. They have the worst drive through I have ever had the unfortunate experience going through; they will only handle 1 car at a time. They will not take your drive through order until the car in front of you has pulled away from the window. Someone from KFC headquarters needs to pay this location a visit to figure out why they are so slow, and then fix it. If I could give zero stars I would.

People ordered fish on Friday after they got their food, they were told no tartar sauce. Line long, people waiting 30 mins+ for their orders and yelling for a manager as workers ignoring them. Chef manager licking his finger, workers not wearing gloves. Very depressing!

I don’t know why I keep coming back to this kfc. I guess I figure that with all the complaints it will have to improve. This place never ever ever ever has what you order. They’re either out of it or it isn’t cooked. It doesn’t matter what you order or when you order it, lunch rush, dinner rush, its never available. We know the drill: please pull around and we will bring your order out 30 minutes later, and it will be crispy instead of original or something will be messed up. Crazy bad service.

Terrible– KFC Corporate needs to pull the franchise. Waited over 40 minutes for an order that was wrong while the food we did have went cold(not that it was hot in the first place). Asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do it because a manager was not on duty. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company if nothing else just to bring this to the attention of the owner and hopefully KFC corporate.

I have NEVER been to a worse KFC around the USA! I have been there 4 time in two weeks… only paid for the first visit — they gave me a free coupon for our meals then next three times. I HAD high hopes they would get it right. Two visits today to get the order… and after going through each item with them… THEYSTILL got it wrong. So this has been my last visit. I don’t care if it is with another free coupon!!! And you know it is bad when you(and another customer) asks for the manager and he refuses to come out… need we say more.

I’ve been to this KFC3 times since i purchased my home in the Southlands area, wach time i remember why i say i would never come back. This KFC has to have the worse customer service of any KFC in the Denver metro area hands down !! The staff is very slow even when there are few customers in the building. They got my order wrong, not to mention my chicken came out cold, and when i took it back, it got worse. My mashed potatoes had no gravy and were cold, they took it to the back of the kitchen…5 minutes later the same cold mash potatoes came out with warm gravy. I rather drive to Buckley and Quincy’s KFC because the food is always fresh and the customer service is great there !!! Southlands KFC management needs to get it together or be replaced.

Last night my family and I decided to go get long john silvers from this location since it is a split store. Upon walking in to the place it was covered in filthy. Trash cans were over flowing, the floors in both the lobby and the cooking area was trashy tables were covered with food, the lobby floor also had food all over it. Then you add the order taker not admitting to his mistake when 2 orders of shrimp amounted to 3 peices of shrimp for a family of 4. Upon addressing this issue we were told«People come in here and order single shrimp all time. Well you ordered alot of food, and you said 3 shrimp.» We asked for the manager and we get a young man covered with filth who tells us that because we were only charged for 3 individual shrimp that is all we got. But he would gladly charge us for the other 2 orders. While I can understand that mix ups happen but it was clearly stated that we wanted 3 orders of shrimp and in asking about it we recieved horrible serve and treated as if we were idiots for asking for our order. I will never visit this location again and neither will most of the people who see the pictures that were taken of the filth.

Slow, slow, slow. staff walking around with hands in their pockets. It took 10 minutes to be acknowledged to take my order. Another 30 minutes to receive my food. Though the food was acceptable, it was the antithesis of fast food.

OMG I stopped to pick up something quick after work… I watched one of the workers drag the dripping trash through the kitchen where they prepare the food YUCK! People had been waiting up to 45 min for their to go orders. I was then told that they were out of crispy chicken. They returned all my money and then bagged my daughters meal to go, we ask for it to eat in, not out! Then the one order we had was wrong. I will not ever be back.

I’ve been to this KFC a couple times and have to say I’m not really that impressed. The food itself is good(it’s KFC, for God’s sake, how can it be bad?), but the service lacks a bit. The first time I went they were out of extra crispy at about 5pm on a Saturday. Really? The second time they guy told me they no longer carried popcorn chicken. Really? I JUST saw a commercial for KFC and you know what they were advertising? Yep, popcorn chicken. Also, the second time I went they completely screwed up my sides. Lucky me, I didn’t realize it until I got home. Thanks KFC. This would be a 1 star if it weren’t for the fact that the food is actually pretty stellar.
