This has got to be the worst subway location I’ve been to. It’s probably worth it to drive to Liverpool and Smoky Hill. I just got lunch there and waited for at least 5 minutes for an employee to come out from the back area to help me. Finally I just yelled customer really loudly and three employees came out. No apology or anything. If there aren’t any customers in line you would think someone would clean the dining area but no it’s always pretty dirty for how slow the location is. I know it’s just subway but it isn’t that hard to get right.

I work next door at Jo’s a bank and go to get my lunch at the subway.
I love how easy it is to get healthy meal and a few min.
I love their breakfast too. Sometimes I just get drink and it is always friendly.

Just tried to go to subway. Time 7:50. Door is locked. The sign on the door says open til 9pm. The kid inside is motioning to me that they close at 8:00pm. Something’s not right!

This is the worst subway I have ever eaten at and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. I will never ever eat at this place again. I waited in line 40 minutes for my sandwich just to find out they were out of the meat and the vegetables i wanted and I couldn’t get my sandwich toasted. They guy asks me if i wanted my sandwich Micro waved??? Are you kidding me? Eat fresh huh? After i told Jordan (cashier) about my worst experience he basically told me to go somewhere else. They hire thugs and gangsters at this store who will treat you like shit. I will never go there and I will make sure to inform as many people as I can. Don’t ever eat here please

Lettuce was turning brown and the sandwich looked beyond pathetic. Not happy at all. There were people behind me in line and the sandwich was already started. Lamest sandwich I ever received from subway. Adding pictures

This is the Subway in Southlands. Went in and split a breakfast sandwich with my husband over the holidays. Very quiet store, we were the only people in there. The guy behind the counter was pretty quiet, and not particularly friendly. However the sandwich was good and the location is great.

One person working during lunch rush during holiday season. 35 min for a sandwich, in which the employee took no effort in to making quality. I would not recommend as this is not the sandwich art that is advertised.

This store never has a store manager in sight. You can usually pick them out from the rest of the employees. They are the ones that keep them from standing in the back and make them busy. I believe this store depends on a shift leader and you can’t tell the difference. The owners of this store only get business because of the location. Sometimes I go in there and I get some cool people that like to have a conversation and make suggestions. Then some days I’m like I should have walked to some place else. I swear the other day, the Goth chick grabbed my bread without gloves, yikes! !!! I was afraid to say something or I get a hex put on me.

I thought the 10th time would be different, but sadly no. Slower than typical sandwich making, and service borders on rude. Employees generally don’t seem to like or care about their jobs. 2 stars because the subs taste good.

Nothing spectacular with this shop. They are a tad bit slower than other subways I have been too. There was an instance where I wanted a particular sandwich that had two types of meat. I asked if they could leave off one of the meats since that day I would throw it away. They told me they couldn’t do that. Huh? Ok fine so I wasted the meat anyways. Only problem I had.

Very disappointed, called last night asked what time they would open told we had an order for early pickup, went there and sign on door said be open in two hours.
The food is fine there and we have had no problems up until this time.

There are no surprises here. We all know what you get at subway. Average, fast, wont kill you.
Sure there are hundreds of better sub shops. But sometimes you need a meal that’s cheap, fast and isn’t deep fried animal. Subway covers that.
My favorite has always been the Meatball sub. But the Spicy Italian is pretty solid too.
This particular location is no different than most of the others. It is a franchise after all. Personally, if I need a sandwich and am around here, I cross the street and go to Paradise. But that’s just how I roll.
