Been there twice. Totally decent, better than fast food, and reasonably priced. The«New Yorker» is big & tasty. Squash soup won’t disappoint.

Staff was not friendly including manager. Didn’t make me want to come back to this location

I loved McAlisters until my most recent experience. I have been to a few locations and this one is not the same as the rest. I realize it is new and they are still working some things out but the employees were rude, food was not great and they did not seem to have their shit together at all. My husbands French dip had soggy bread with two sad slices of roast beef and a half hearted drizzle of cheese sauce. My food was good but definitely not worth the 25 minute wait for the food. There was also something wrong with their soda machine but instead of putting an out of order sign, an employee stood by it telling people the machine was malfunctioning.

came here yesterday for moms birthday lunch and thought it was great ! Never neem before but nice and spacious environment with a café feeling ambiance. Lots of menu options. Hot, cold, and club sandwiches as well as Panini’s and flatbread. Nachos, baked potatoes and salads. Amazing sweet and unsweetened Ice tea ! Huge cups with lots of ice and well worth $ 3 !!! Also lemonade and fountain drinks. A dessert menu and cookies Available as well. Food service is fairly quick and large portions. I had the pecan Berry salad and it was delicious with candied pecans, blueberries, strawberries, and chicken with a raspberry vinegarette. Also the potato salad is decent. My mom had the half a tuna with a baked potato. Will defiantly return
