Honestly this is probably the worst firehouse I’ve gone to. The food isn’t up to the franchise standards and the manager had a bad atattitude. You can tell he hates his job and doesn’t really care to have customers. If they don’t find a suitable manager I wouldn’t be surprised to see this location go under.

This location is dirty every time I’ve been. The staff takes a minimum of 10 minutes to make one sandwich and often the cashier has no clue what they are doing. Last time I went the poor cashier walked away mid order to get sick in the restroom but then returned to work. The sandwiches are sloppy and inconsistent. I will not go back.

I’ve never been and decided to try Firehouse, I will not be going back. I ordered the Italian sub and it was SO overwhelmingly sweet I didn’t feel great after eating it. Besides that, it really had no flavor. The grossest sandwich I’ve ever had. Save your money and go to Subway, Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy Johns.

Great people. Always fun, happy and helpful. Not perfect but who of us is? Food is always fantastic and I love the service.

Chaotic on a Saturday. Apparently a lot of folks called off when I visited. Apparently the workers that day were not happy because they kept saying that the boss told them to deal with it and he was not calling anyone else in. Okay?!? They were out of 6″ white bread too and their POS system did not honor my Firehouse Club points. How can you be out of 6″ bread when you also serve footlongs. Would you not just cut the footlongs into 6″ subs? I’ll probably give them one more chance someday.

I’m not much into sandwiches but this place might change my mind. Chris helped me pick out the Turkey Salsa Verde and its totally yum(and only 430 calories!). Added a side of coleslaw, which may have upped my calorie count, but oh so worth it. Whatever they use, it has a good taste and not over mayonnaisey. Priced right too! May have to take another trip soon to try that brisket!

I’ve been going to this firehouse for a few months now and I have to say I have never received such friendly service at any other sandwich shop. Jonny really livens up the atmosphere and brings a humbling smile to this establishment making for a pleasant conversation rain or shine. 5*s all the way, you earned my business! Jonny, keep up that dedication and that attitude. Traits like those don’t go unnoticed.

I came here once when it first opened and there were so many issues I haven’t come back until today… no improvements since then. Finding a clean table was impossible, which is surprising since hardly anyone was in the store and there were 5 employees standing around. I did see one girl sweep the floor under a dirty table, but lacked to wipe the tabletop or clean any other tables. I did notice her have time to get herself an iced tea and wander back and forth from the back of the kitchen to out front. After placing our order, it took 15 mins to get our food! Why? The food was good, but the store was so dirty I do question cleanliness of the rest of the store. Sorry firehouse, this is the last time I’m coming here.

First time ever visiting a Firehouse Subs, and I’m glad I did. Not a big fan of dubs but this was really good. And the place had a cool theme

Their sandwiches are great. But, contrary to what Unilocal says, they do not deliver. The online ordering function is for pickup only

Every time I’m in the area I call ahead and order that big meatball sub. I think they put something in it that’s addictive and makes me crave it! Just kidding, but I don’t know why I need to get it each time. Great guy who owns it, too! He always is friendly and says hello when I come in. Good group he’s got over there. Bravo. Keep the meatball subs coming!

First time and last time for us. Grabbed subs before stopping at the Reservoir and it was a 15 minutes to get our subs. There was a whole crowd of pissed off customers along with us. Open them up and not only did we get one wrong sub, but they were absolutely just thrown together without a care in the world. Sloppy, nasty mess. It was disgusting.

Great place to grab a sub. Mmm mmmm mmm. Get the hook & ladder fully involved. Complaints are mostly impatient housewives who can’t wait 5 – 10 for a sub.

I have been here many times and enjoy the steak and cheese sandwich. The sandwhich is made to order and the meals can be customized. Staff is quick and the staff is friendly

I came in on a Sunday with a mobile app promo for a free medium sub coupon with the purchase of a combo meal. I ordered an Italian sub with chips and a drink. The cashier knew nothing about the promo. The cashier brought the sub to my table and said they were out of free medium sub coupons/cards and offered me a free dessert. No thanks. I chose to order a Hook & Ladder sub to go. I was disappointed that they did not have the coupons available.

I stopped by here because everyone is always raving about firehouse and how good their subs are. I went online and ordered the sub. Definitely a one up on subway since I don’t have to wait in a forever line to order. Went to pick it up, it was ready by the time I got there. Pretty good service. The sandwich is ok, a little pricey but it’s bigger than a subway 6inch. I ordered the honey ham and the ham is really good, but other than that just another ok sub. But I can’t see myself breaking my neck to come over here to order, but it does get placed higher on my priority list than subway when I am craving a sub just due to the convenience of ordering online.

Firehouse is a cool joint to get a straight-up sub. The deli meats taste fresh and good. Same goes for the bread. I was here on a weekday, and most of the seats were occupied around lunchtime. The sandwich came out hot, not overstuffed, and pretty dang satisfying. I like the theme here and the«Fully Involved» option – mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle on the side – clearly explained, although I missed the sign at first. I also really dig that Firehouse has a non-profit foundation«to provide funding, life-saving equipment, disaster assistance and educational opportunities for first responders and public safety organizations.»

Firehouse subs is a chain of sub shops that is sort like a Quiznos. A selection of a lot of hot subs, some cold and sides like chili. They have the cute Firehouse themeing and lots of cool lingo(like the hook and ladder or getting your sandwich fully involved). You know, if you are into that sort of thing. This one popped up on the other side of E-470 on Smoky near Aurora Parkway. There is limited fast food in this area so it is a welcome sight! I stopped in today(having been to another Firehouse before) and got a couple sandwiches. It is one of those places where there are 10 people working and no line, but it still takes forever to get a couple sandwiches. I suppose it means they make them with care? I don’t know, but it is a little slow and a bit pricey(a couple sandwiches, chips and drinks where around $ 20). Maybe it is pricier because they have the fancy schmancy coke machine that has every flavor under the sun and kinda looks like some red glowing computer :) At any rate, I do love the flavor of the deli meats they use. The bread is always soft and fresh. And they have a varied enough menu I can find a few things that please me. All in all it is a good place to get a sub. I’ll be back! It is tasty and relatively quick in an area of town that doesn’t have a lot of selection!
