I purchased my first pair of progressive bifocals from this Meijer Optical 2 months ago and I absolutely LOVE them! The opticians working here are wonderful and helped me select the cutest frames and educated me about what to expect with my new glasses. It took a few days to get used to them, but now they work great. I had a very good experience with my purchase from this optical and would definitely recommend checking them out!

I don’t even want to give this business one star. If you don’t want to get your lenses from people who don’t take responsibility for their employees’ illegal actions, go somewhere else. An optical manager had been approving of the «incorrect brand» for online orders o had been placing for months. I wasn’t able to talk to the optometrist about this issue unless I had another exam with these crazy people. The district manager didn’t want to apologize for her employee’s actions and decided to blame the online lense distributor even though it was clear that her optical manager made a mistake. Rude service and uninformed staff. I am very frustrated.

Had such a great experience here, from the woman who helps you do the paperwork to the eye doctor everyone was professional and nice. They have great deals going on constantly and they are very helpful. I was so happy with my experience I called the manager to leave positive feedback for both the store and people who helped me. Also my glasses are really cute and trendy, way cheaper than what other stores charge for that style.
Will be back again!
