This is the best moving company in Aurora that I have ever seen. The sales rep will come out to your home, and provide an in-​home estimate. My estimate was right on the money and there we no surprises. The crew was carful and padded everything. The delivery went quick and they place everything in the home where it need to be. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that asks. Not the cheapest in town but worth every dollar to make sure that everything you own is protected.

Great company. We were extremely satisfied with our experience. I would use them again and recommend.

Used Mesa for a move from Denver, CO to Tampa, FL. I chose the container option due to my small apartment size and the difficulty getting a truck into the my apartment parking lot.
The entire company worked very well with me and I had very few problems. All of my stuff arrived in good condition and because I used the container option, there was no issue with any of my stuff getting lost.
Josh, my salesperson, was very good to work with and even got me some free boxes for the move.
Jennifer, my move coordinator, was very responsive and kept me informed of any changes that came up in my move.
I am only giving them four stars because there were some scheduling issues. When I spoke to Josh originally, the ship time was 8 days. By the time I signed the contract, the ship time had increased to 10 days. Stuff was actually delivered one day late so 11 days total. Considering I had chosen the container option for a «guarenteed delivery date» and paid extra for it, I was a little disappointed.
But, the overall move was good and all my stuff got there so I was happy with that.
I would recommend them in the future.

Mesa has done 2 moves for me. They moved my family to Utah from Los Angeles and they moved my mother from Utah to Oregon. I have done many moves and they are just as good as my other favorite who operate out of the San Francisco Bay area. Their estimates were accurate and the moves went well. I would not use anyone else.
For the one review who was unhappy that they were a day late, stuff happens and they owned up and took care of it. In my horror moves neither happened, they should be happier. Life is not 100% predictable and there is so much horrible customer service out there that people who own up and make amends should be applauded.

Mesa Mover and Storgage service was simply outstanding. We moved from South Korea to San Antonio, TX and only had one minor breakage on a picture frame. The liaison was very professional (Sharon Davis) and the movers were very nice. They padded the floor and were respectful of our new home. I would highly recommend Mesa Movers to anyone.

Expect your final bill to be more than the estimate. The estimate will be low to get your business and then extra charges will be added on at the end to pay for them to pick up the workers and drive to and from their office to yours. Totally dishonest business ethics. Not to mention they completely destroyed 2 pieces of furniture. #dishonest #mesamovingandstorage
