Would not recommend! Found company via living social. Was 25minutes late for appointment with no phone call. Pulled up in a SUV with no signage and no «cleaning equipment» visible. Only identification was a collared shirt with holes. Did not introduce himself or the other person with him. Started giving me attitude right away when I wanted to ask some questions before letting them in my house. He told me I should have asked all my questions over the phone when I stated never had carpets cleaned wanted to know about the process. Needless to say I was put in an uncomfortable position and asked them to leave my home without doing the work. For a company that has been doing this for «34yrs» I have NEVER dealt with such poor service and to be treated that way as a customer.
