The main guy Justin from Zen floors is a scammer. He took my deposit of half the labor and the cost of materials. He came and partially sanded my floors and never returned. He took my money and RUINED my floors! I was left with the biggest mess of dust and fully exposed wood floors. He never returned my calls. Do not use this «company». I also had him investigated, unfortunately the investigators hands were tied and he said it was a small claims court issue. I am in the process of the claim.

This company is a scam consumers beware. They over promise and way under deliver. When we called to discuss the huge issues or even try to get a refund of our up front deposit the owner would not call back or even acknowledge us. We will be taking them to court and filing complaints on craigslist (where they advertise), the BBB and where ever else to ensure no one else gets scammed.
