I was really disappointed. I was excited about the idea of using someone local, I try to always support local businesses when I can. I called and made the appointment which was for 9 – 15 between 5 – 6 pm, the man seemed very nice and answered my questions but the day of the estimate came and I waited and rearranged my day and no one ever showed, and I didn’t even get a phone call. My trying to fix up my house to be sold and I’m sick of being stood up by people. If they don’t want my money I guess I will find someone who does I don’t have the time to chase after people.

We shopped around for wood flooring and decided to stay with a local business. This was not the lowest bid we received but the extra effort they put into making everything look just right was well worth it! We are very happy with their work. Jason from Top Knot was easy to work with, always arrived on time and kept us updated on the project. They finished the job when they said they would, 5 days before Christmas! I would definitely hire them again and refer anyone who is on the market for hardwood flooring.
