Overall this is a pretty average Payless. I am glad that they’re willing to help you find out your child’s’s shoe size but at the same time I would like to choose if I want that myself or not. I also like having a chance to look at shoes and try shoes on without the uncomfortability of the person staring over you. Having been a Payless employee at one time in my life I know that there is a lot they could be doing to make a person feel comfortable. I plan on going again and again however I would just like them to be more where their customers without feeling pushy.

Tiny location and not a lot of options.
Staff is really friendly, but i haven’t found anything i wanted to leave with.
It’s nice to have a shoe store in that little downtown area.
