I used Unilocal to assist in finding a contractor to reroof my house. I called the first two contractors recommended in my area. Chris, the owner of Pinnacle Roofing solutions, came up second on the list. However, I would recommend calling him first. He didn’t waste any time getting to my house and providing an estimate to me. The other company wanted to jerk me around asking how much was the insurance estimate what other work was in the claim in attempt to milk every dollar. This was irrelevant to me because insurance was paying no matter what. Chris on the other hand got right down to business giving me a direct quote. That to me was the indicator he was a sincere and honest businessman. Once I agreed to sign him on as a contractor a week later he had his crew on the job. They took 6 hours to rip off the old shingles and put the new ones on. His guys were fast, professional, courteous, clean and did I mention fast. They even worked through the rain! The worst part of the transaction was that the insurance failed to complete their part, which left Chris hanging and me feeling like a heel. He was super patient and understanding throughout the process. I can’t say enough about the guy. I completely trust him, and I hope I’ve convinced some of you to choose him as well.

I hired Pinnacle after they completed my neighbors roof. He was thrilled and I was too. There were small issues, but Chris, the owner, was right there to make it right. He is genuinely concerned about the customers happiness. I have a beautiful new roof, and had him do several other clients roofs also. Great company!

Had an appointment tonight for someone from this business to give me an estimate for repair or replace a skylight. I hurried home to be there in plenty of time, no one showed or called to say that they were either late or could not make. A waste of my gime
