I called and spoke with the woman who scheduled the appointments. Very nice and professional lady. The guy Dave calls me back and tells me he can be at my house in a hour, which I was very impressed with and was about to book him… Then he began to discuss price. What he was asking for was competitively priced but it didn’t match the price that is POSTED as a special on their website. When I asked him about it, he said it was because the level of service that I was requesting cost more… Fair enough, but then he wanted to charge me a $ 59 trip charge when their website clearly says «No after hour charges from 8am to 8pm Monday-​Saturday, No trip charges with any work performed» HUH? Is that something that I was supposed to mention to you???
Anyways, Not Cool… The only reason I gave a 2 star is because of the nice woman who I originally spoke with on the phone. This may be a good business overall, I don’t know since I didn’t use them but the impression that I received from Dave was that this is not a place that I’d choose to do business with.
Please either update your website so people like myself don’t think what they’re reading is actually true or simply stick to your word and don’t add a trip charge like you currently have posted on your website.

Had Proline do a heater check and certification before selling my house last fall (a little late with the review!) I was very pleased that the problem was taken care of the very next day (parts run and scheduled for a few hours of work) and would use them again.

I couldn’t speak any more highly of Chris at Pro Line. My A/​C malfunctioned due to a power outage in my neighborhood and Chris was onsite the afternoon that I called to address the issue. Chris quickly determined what caused the outage, fixed it and gave me some tips to help avoid issues like this in the future. All-​in, he was there maybe 45 mins and took care of everything I needed. There are a ton of HVAC contractors in Denver, but Pro Line proved to be the easiest to schedule services with and have great HVAC engineers providing the work. Highly recommend these guys for any HVAC work needed.

I can not tell you how thrilled I am to find and honest and reasonable plumber in my area! The final price was as quoted to me on the phone. There was no surprise add ons.
They were on time and done in a reasonable time even in the tight space they had to work with in my crawl space. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.
Will be calling them this fall as well. They do a 39.99 furnace service that time of year!

Ive used pro line a few times now and they’ve been nothing but excellent and very prompt to get out to my home when I needed them most! I highly recommend using this company.
